EXCELLENT for off-label uses
I hated this product at first. It doesn’t lather. The description is misleading in calling it a body wash. For its intended use, it kinda sucks.However, this is the lowest cost/oz for a 2% salicylic acid (SA) product that I’ve come across, so I tried to think of other ways of using it. Turns out…1) Makes a GREAT 1st step in a double cleanse for makeup removal. Provides gentle short-contact SA exfoliation. (It can sting around eyes so use caution).2) Makes an AMAZING leg shave cream. Same idea with gentle short-contact SA exfoliation.3) Makes a TERRIFIC foot mask. Same idea.For how well this product works for these unintended uses, at such a low price point for 2% SA, I give it 5 stars.

Does not lather.
Dislike: does not lather. Greasy feeling and does not rinse off easily.Like: fragrance free, and leaves your skin feeling soft.This will function as a face wash for me because it has drawn a lot of dirt out of my pores. It is a large bottle but I feel like I have to use a bunch in order to wash my whole body. This cleanser is great for dry skin, but will not wash oil off well. In fact, it is super greasy and difficult to rinse off completely. (possibly by design) It does not lather at all. I understand some are sensitive to sls, but there are other natural lathering agents that don’t irritate sensitive skin. Overall it’s a good cleanser. It’s just not a body wash for me.

Works Great!
This cleanser is for sensitive, acne prone skin; fragrances and “lathery” chemicals can cause irritation and breakouts, which is why this cleanser doesn’t have any.If it’s smells medicinal, that’s because it literally is(for acne), lol, but I’ll take that over the grapefruit scents that smell like sour mop water. It’s medicated to fight acne while still being gentle on the skin, but I don’t smell much of anything with this.If you can tolerate essential oils,a couple drops of lavender and tea tree oil in this cleanser smell wonderful and they also have antibacterial properties so they can also help fight acne as well.As for the lather(or lack of), I like that it feels like a lotion instead and I mostly use this as an in-shower/bath mask for my face and body. Just slather it on(doesn’t take a lot either), let sit for a couple minutes and rinse off. I then wash from the neck down with my favorite Dove Go body wash(lavender and chamomile). Then after the shower/bath, I use a thin layer of a peroxide cream on affected areas and my skin is looking and feeling great.For $10 this is a great value. If I need a moisturizer for face and body, CeraVe Lightweight lotion works great for that.Edit about a month or two later: My skin is looking great, much better than it did before I found this!

Does not suds/foam. It’s a lotion.
I didn’t use it long enough to determine if it would help with my kp. It has no foaming or sudsing to it at all. Comes out like a lotion. My skin did feel very soft where I used it, but I had to manually rub it on. I’m a wash cloth girl and this product just didn’t do it for me. I can’t imagine having to rub it all over my body by hand. It is gently and unscented which is good, but the no suds/foam was a no for me.

I do think it works, but there is no lather. I just leave it for a few seconds and rinse it off. Definitely non-drying so thats a plus

SMELLS AWFUL!!
Used it for the first time today- I’m not sure if it works yet, but I don’t know if I’ll find out. It smells AWFUL. I love cetaphil and use their face wash, which is great and I was expecting the same type of no scent product. This stuff genuinely ruined my shower. I used my really nice smelling body wash over it and I can still smell the gross smell. Very sad, I might have to return it before I can see if it works just because of how badly it smells.

Mine lathers !
I read the reviews and almost didn’t buy it because most people said it didn’t lather. So I thought well I will use a regular soap first then put this on after. But it lathered just fine. It’s not super sudsy but enough to make it spreadable and feel like a proper soap. Can’t speak on the other benefits yet. Only used it once.

Hace bien su función, me gustó que no reseca, por lo regular los limpiadores con acido salicilico dejan la piel muy reseca y tirante y este no lo hace. Tiene buena textura y rinde muy bien, no me causó ninguna reacción desfavorable o alergia. Bueno para casos leves, o evitar brotes en la espalda (por sudor, gimnasio, productos de cabello, etc) para casos severos supongo no será el mismo efecto.

quantity is nice, i don’t have the problem that everyone is complaining about, it’s not hard to keep track where the product is on. make sure to keep it on for 5 minutes before washing. still relatively new to it only two weeks but still noticeable skin smoothness.
