Neo-synephrine seems to be the best kind of nasal spray for relief of sinus congestion. None other that i’ve tried clears as well. Usually 2 sprays are enough. These bottles are small. I’m down to my last bottle now after a couple years.

i didn’t realize it won’t be a mist , this one very difficult to control how much you spray in the nose
