People are talking about the ones that cost twice as much breaking apart in a month or two. I don’t see this one ever doing that. I checked out how it’s put together and it just does not look like that is going to happen.The rubber itself is pretty firm and sharp. I don’t think this is silicone, but I’m not sure. I wouldn’t say “it feels so good!” like some of the reviews on other scalp massagers said. But, it’s pinpoint accuracy, which is what I was looking for so that hopefully it doesn’t pull out my hair as a move it in small circles.I bought this to try to stimulate bloodflow to my scalp a little and also to make sure my scalp is clean when I wash it. I’m combining this with microneedling and hair oils to try to grow hair like I’ve seen a couple Youtubers do. The rubber is sharp and firm, but doesn’t hurt even the day after I microneedle my scalp thoroughly, so it’s what I was looking for.And I have not seen any hair in the massager or in my hands after use, either, so it is not pulling my hair out.For anyone reading this who wants help regrowing hair, here are the tips I know:1. do scalp-over-skull method of scalp massage for 10 minutes a day.2. use a rice water shampoo bar.3. microneedle stamp your scalp thoroughly 2x per week and possibly work up to 3x per week.4. Oil scalp with recipe given below 3x a week or more (if you want to shampoo your hair less, oil only every other day). Oil scalp before bed, leave on all night, shampoo hair in the morning.Oil Recipe:~33oz of Pumpkinseed oil10 drops of Rosemary oil10 drops of Peppermint oil10 drops of Lavender oilShake oil well. Drop onto bald patches of scalp and massage well. The oils block DHT and stimulate the scalp.I do scalp-over-skull massage for 10 minutes every night before bed.I then microneedle if it’s a microneedling day.I think apply the oil on my scalp with the fresh microneedling wounds. Is this a good idea? It seems like it wouldnt’ be, but one of the most successful Youtubers I’ve seen regrow his hair did this. Also, people apply minoxidil and finasteride directly on their microneedled hair, so I think the oils are safe. So far, I’ve had no problems.

Great 2 sided brush!
I needed an in shower scalp brush but didn’t want to spend $20 plus dollars on one (because that is absolutely RIDICULOUS). After a bit of shopping around, I came across this one. The color is not to my liking, but it’s just for shower use, so I shouldn’t be such a snob about it. It works really well, both sides, and help clean my scalp better than just shampoo and my fingers alone. It does push into your palm and can leave indents if you press down onto your scalp, so if you are sensitive, you may want to find a one sided brush. But other than that, it’s great. Has a loop for hanging it to dry, and seems to be well made. I really like it!

I love the dual sided brush for exfoliating in the shower. The thinner bristles aren’t too sharp either which is a plus! Quality is good, soft silicone and super easy to use even my 4 year old can use it on her own so size is just right for the whole family. So far durability is great just hang it up by the loop and it can dry up without collecting water like others do.

Cheap but works
Cheap quality, but works well. Thinner tooth side is similar to a plastic brush, so teeth will damage easily with too much pressure. A strap could have improved use for this item.
