Best straightener ever.
I cannot remember the last time I bought this same exact model. I say at least 10 years ago. Let’s hope this lasts just as long. Remember if your straightener is hot enough, you do not have to pass it through your hair multiple times. Your hair will not be damaged. This is the one you want. How did I ever live without this? My hair was so thick I had to cut it short to tame it. Now I have shiny, smooth straight hair whenever I want. You will get many compliments with this straightener. Buy it.

My last one lasted 8 years!
The first Paul Mitchel Iron I purchased at a salon when my twins were very small. I loved it and it was fantastic for 8 years. Last weekend the light began to dim, but I tried to ignore it. Then….. it was gone. I was so sad! I had to use my daughter’s Conair white and rose gold straightener I had bought for her. She didn’t like it so I gave her an old HSI straightener I bought off here off Amazon. Well, the Conair was definitely NOT as great as the reviews would have you think. I was shocked that there were so many positive reviews! The plates didn’t slide well on my hair and it did not do a great job getting my hair straight. My Paul Mitchell Iron has smooth plates and straightens my horrible wavy hair so nicely. It’s not frizzy and I keep it around 310 on the temp so I don’t over heat my hair and burn my face. (My hair holds heat really well). I am so glad my new Iron came in and I’m back to loving my straight hair.

Sleek, Professional and Good Quality. Will it last?
So far so good with this flat iron.My Sedu Revolution finally died after 14 years, and I’ve been on the hunt for a replacement that is as good or better. This is a sleek and professional looking flat iron. It heats up super fast and my favorite part is that it doesn’t snag my hair. It seems to work very well and really does smooth and straighten after only one pass. Pretty impressive.We will see how it holds up over time. I give this 4 stars, 1 star deduction for the warranty that is only 1-year. Hope to get at least 5-7 solid years out of this before it has any issues.

I will only ever buy Paul Mitchell straighteners
I love this straightening iron! I had the older model for close to 10 years before it died so I’m hoping this model is as durable as it was. I have long hair and A LOT of it so I got the bigger size this time and it’s just as good and cuts my time for straightening my hair in half! The iron heats up fast, there’s no funky smell, and the iron glides and doesn’t pull my hair like some other 1.5 inch straighteners do.

So worth it
This is expensive but it is worth it! This is my second straighter from this brand, the quality is really good. I just recently had to replace my old one because it wouldn’t get as hot but it lasted 15 years! So this one is my replacement and it is really good! It is not heavy which is super nice, not bulky. It also heats up so fast like within a minute, I was so surprised. This only thing I don’t like is how the controls to make it hotter or colder is on the inside of the straightener.

I have thick frizzy hair, not really curly but with waves. No matter what I do, which products I use or which flat iron I try, my hair can’t deal with the summer humidity or when it’s raining outside. I first saw what this flat iron could do at my hairdresser’s. I was shocked when my hair stayed straight the rest of the day in the summer humidity.What’s great with the flat iron is the ion technology. The iron infuses your hair with negative ions which seals the hair, eliminating frizz. And even if I wet my hair, it stays straight. The straightness goes away once you apply shampoo.It also heats the hair from the inside out, which causes way less damage to the hair.This iron glides so smoothly on my hair, it does not catch or tug my hair AT ALL and heats up extremely quick.It was worth the investment. I just hope it last a few years!
