Works like nothing else!
OK, folks, I’ll be it this lip gloss is very expensive. But, I have tried everything and nothing and I mean nothing works like this product. I only use it at night. Does it feel weird? A little. Does it tingle? Yes Does it plump? I have no idea, but I wake up in the morning and my lips don’t hurt they’re not chapped. They’re not cracking and bleeding. This product works.

Nice as a gloss
It’s great as a gloss. Zero plumping, literally nothing. So it’s a very expensive lip gloss. That being said, it does last a long time and has a nice conditioning effect if you generally have dry lips. It doesn’t get crusty on the inner lip either. It isn’t super shiny or glossy, but it’s a really nice lip gloss. I have bought a gazillion lip glosses over the years and this is one of the best. Still pretty hard to justify the price though.

Still undecided but it’s beginning to grow on me.
Update: So I’ve used this about 3 times this week (since I’ve only worn full makeup 3 times) and it’s growing on me. By the 3rd use I am noticing a difference in my lips. They are slightly plumper, especially the top lip. Also my lip color isn’t bleeding into the fine lines as much as it had been before using city lips. I still don’t like the stickiness but by putting this on first when doing my makeup and then adding my lipstick over the top at the end as usual it seems to damp down that stickiness. Yesterday I forgot I even had it on…which wasn’t possible previously. I’m going to continue using it and see how it goes.Original Review:I used this for the first time this morning and I’m really undecided about it.The not so great: First of all, it does have a slight sting to it… slightly above a “tingle”. I put it on 4 hours ago and it still feels a bit tingly.Second, it’s really sticky. I attempted to blot it off after about 10 minutes and it continued to feel sticky. I put my regular lipstick over it in an effort to tamp down the stickiness but that didn’t help.The good: thus far the only thing I can say I like about it is that it enhanced the natural color of my lips. They looked like I had a natural/pink lip gloss on.I can’t tell yet if it’s going to make my lips appear plumper or reduce the appearance of fine lines.To be honest, I’d return the product right now if I could. But since I can’t I’ll continue using it to see how it works over time for lip plumpness and fine lines. Frankly, it’s going to have to do that job REALLY well in order to make the stickiness acceptable.I’ll continue to use the product and update my review accordingly. Hopefully it will make the price of the product worthwhile.

Definitely Has Not Worked For Me!
This product does not live up to the “description given” I will say it’s moisturising, however, one must continually apply throughout the day. I have been using for 8 weeks & I have seen not 1 single sign of improvement. Therefore, I am not investing any more money in this product!

This is actually good for your lips
City Lips is my new go to. I’ve aready ordered a colored lip gloss and their night lip oil. As for the gloss, it can be sticky and set up on your lips IF YOU USE TOO MUCH. Just a little goes a long way. The glossiness is like none other and my lip lines around my lips have softened some already, and that’s just with the gloss, I can’t wait to see what the night oil does for my lines! You can see from the picture how the plumping action turned the skin around my lips pink and plumped it up. After a week of use my lips no longer turn pink and my lips and lip lines look great!

I really like this gloss! It goes on smooth, gives a nice shine, and makes my lips feel hydrated and soft. The plumping effect is subtle but noticeable, and I love that it’s clear so I can wear it alone or over lipstick. Overall, it makes my lips look healthier and more full! Easy to apply 🙂

Maximizes lips with a comfortable, shiny formulation
The clear formulation of City Beauty City Lips is my ultimate fave! Love this and always keep two around. One in my vanity and one in my handbag. The other shades are okay to not so good for me personally. Clear is the best! The regular Clear not the Clear with gold accents. It maximizes lips.

Glossy and slightly plumping!
I already have full lips, so I wasn’t expecting a huge plumping effect, but this gloss still gives a nice subtle tingle and makes my lips look extra glossy and hydrated. The shine is beautiful, and the formula isn’t sticky or uncomfortable. It’s perfect for enhancing my natural lips without being over the top…definitely a staple in my routine!

I don’t really own a top lip and they are always cracked, dry and peeling at this time of year.I’m not willing to have things injected into my face for fashion.This product helps moisturise and plump.When i can be bothered to add liner and lipstick, they look lovely.I wouldn’t be without it.
