Easy enough for my 70 year old mother to use!
I have been using Parissa wax strips for over a year. They are simple, get the job done, and don’t irritate the skin. I even showed my mother how to use these (she is 70!), and she prefers these over going to the salon for a wax.

Great if you like ripping chunks of skin off your face
Dermaplaning makes me break out and it’s also super expensive so I wanted to try wax strips. I use the Parisa brown strips and love them. These however are AWEFUL. I tried them and not only did it leave an ample amount of hair on my face, I now have multiple chunks of layers of skin that have been ripped off of my face.

These work well IF you follow the instructions exactly. I wish they were larger to cover more of my face to wax, but these don’t irritate my skin and much cheaper than going to a salon.

I use this product weekly to take off my menopausal mustache. It works great and I’ve never lost any skin like I have with other products. My very small quibble is that sometimes the wax doesn’t split evenly when pulling the strips apart. Other than that I’m happy.

Because the adhesive is not extremely strong, some hairs are left behind after the first attempt. This is likely why the product includes a finishing wipe, to help clean residual hair and wax.Finishing Wipe: Here is where I encountered one of the main drawbacks. The package comes with only one finishing wipe, which is intended to remove leftover wax and any small hairs that the strips may have missed. In practice, this single wipe is often insufficient. If you are removing hair from multiple areas or even larger patches, one wipe doesn’t stretch far enough. This makes the product feel like a one-time-use solution unless you have additional cleansing wipes on hand. It would be much more convenient if the package included at least two or three wipes to fully clean and finish the process.Stickiness and Residue: Another point to note is that these strips are not very sticky, which has both pros and cons. The advantage is that they are gentle on sensitive skin, causing less irritation or discomfort. On the downside, the lack of strong stickiness means that some hair is left behind after a single pull, requiring extra attention. For people who prefer a one-pass hair removal experience, this could be a minor frustration. You might find yourself needing to use multiple strips or repeat the process in small sections to get completely smooth skin.Skin Reaction: On the positive side, my skin did not react negatively. There was no excessive redness, burning, or irritation.
