SURPRISINGLY PLEASANT AND EFFECTIVE.
I’m surprised by how much I like this. It doesn’t provide any real coverage, but I like the fresh, dewy look it gives to my rather dry skin. I use some other primers that are heavier and which cover discolored spots on my face. Technically, they *work* better, but the effect is more mask-like, which is not always what I want.I know that it’s described as being somewhat sparkly. I didn’t find it to be too sparkly at all. If you have oily or shiny skin, you probably won’t like this very much. It works for me.

This is the first time I have ever used brightener, as a cosmetic product, when making this purchase, and it definitely makes a difference….gives your complexion *that glow”. ‘Brightness’ has long been on the beauty radar. Unlike ‘glass skin’, which is self explanatory (shiny, reflective, moist), ‘bright’ is a little harder to pin down. According to this product, it’s orange with a very fine glitter. And yet, I’m not mad and I’m coming from a place of Queen Elizabeth level paleness. Still, glitter in your primer spackle?Thing is, I am one pale old red head so I have no color and all of the skin defects are on display. Yet, I like this stuff. Tiny bit of color, tiny bit of sparkle and I wear it alone on my face because I’ve given up the battle for skin supremacy. Bottom line: if it works on me, it probably works on you.

I will wear this and some under eye concealer, translucent powder mascara and lip balm for an easy hot weather no makeup makeup look and still feel like I am shining bright like a diamond

Not sure what all the hype is about. It’s a great primer for my dry skin and I would purchase this again as a primer BUT I don’t see any color correction like I’ve noticed on social media. I have olive skin. My skin is naturally darker around my eyes and this does nothing to that. I still have to apply the usual amount of concealer.
