Pro: Great sunscreen for sensitive and super dry skin. Doesn’t sting or itching your skin while using retinol products.Con: Hope they come with bigger size. 40ml doesn’t last very long.

I switched to this cream after I received it as a sample from my dr after getting a cosmetic procedure. I loved it so much I started purchasing on my own ever since but my skin has never looked better…but I even see it recommended on influencers pages. It’s like the best kept secret…never knew about these products and now I do! I love them all but this moisturizer keeps my 53 year old dry skin looking healthy, glowing and fresh! People tell me all the time how nice my skin looks. Get the SPF too!

This cream is absolutely wonderful! It worked perfectly for me because I have very dry skin, and it also acts as a sunscreen. Since my skin is so dry, it sometimes gets irritated, and this cream has worked wonders because it moisturizes it and gives my skin the moisture it needs.

Great SPF for Sensitive Skin
Best SPF for my sensitive skin. I use it on my 3 year old & 7 year old as well. We have eczema and certain products cause us irritation, this has been a game changer. It goes on soft and is easy to blend in, no stickiness. There is no harsh smell. I have been using this for a year and I always order it from Amazon.

Worth every penny; high quality skin care with SPF!
This company is a leader in skin care and with good reason. I love the thickness of this cream as well as the ability to rub it in smoothly without a white cast. It blends well with my tanning drops and makes for smooth distribution. The La Roche Posay products are a bit more expensive, but truly worth it. I have always struggled to find high-quality skin care that also has SPF, and this is it.

I tried this because I love the original cicaplast balm which quickly became my favorite moisturizer, the uv balm is great my only complaint is that when I put it on too thick it does flake away and leaves thick white streaks on my face

CAUTION – if you have eczema, rosacea or sensitive skin
Although this is marketed as a healing and protective balm to people with sensitive skin, it contains multiple known irritants. Worse, although those irritants are in concentrations great enough to be listed on the actual package as “active ingredients”, none of those irritants are listed in the product description on Amazon. Octocyclene (5%), Homesalate (8%) and Octisalate (5%) are all chemical sunscreen ingredients that are not recommended for people with sensitive skin. So almost 20% of this product is a KNOWN IRRITANT. I discovered this the hard way after applying the balm and having a very painful, red, stinging reaction.La Roche-Posay – do better. At least disclose the active ingredients so they’re easily found on the product description online so people are aware and can make their choice knowing what works for their skin or trying the product with caution. Even better, stop marketing a product containing 20% known irritants as a healing and protective balm.
