Excited to Step into the Future
I have been curious about these light masks for some time and was eager to give it a try. However, I realized after recieving my mask in the mail I was unsure how to best utilize/ incorporate it into my skincare routine. There is a pretty comprehensive manual, but I found the average person explaining the benefits and their techniques via YouTube most benificial.I haven’t noticed any major results as of yet, but I have high hopes based on others and the results they have seen. I most look forawrd to utilizing this mask in the winter, when my skin and my mood need the most help. LOL Right now I don’t use the mask as regularly as I could; I often dont have the down time to take full advantage.For now, I appreciate the robust packaging that can be used for storage, the battery life, and of course the manual. I do recommend looking into this type of light treatment a bit online prior to ordering the product, so you have an idea of the effectiveness for your particular needs. These products can be pretty pricey so you want to be sure this is the item for you. This mask isn’t uncomfortable, but you can definitely feel/see it on your face. So for exclusively managing SAD you may want to look into other light options.

Good Results So Far!
Ok, so this looks like a Halloween mask, but who cares. It works! I am a huge fan of red light therapy and own several devices for managing pain and skin conditions on various parts of my body, but the light I was using on my face was a circular, bendy arm lamp that I had to place on a table nearby. I felt it was too far away from my skin to really get the full benefit and I had to wear protective eyewear. This mask solves that problem since it makes much closer contact with your skin and directs the light exactly where it needs to be.The mask itself is hard plastic, but it has a silicone insert for around the eyes which really makes it much more comfortable to wear. Its fairly lightweight and easy to clean and the straps are adjustable around the back of your head.I’ve been using this mask regularly for about a month and I already see a big improvement in my middle-aged complexion, mainly a more evened out skin tone and less sagging especially under the eyes. I use all three types of light offered by this device – red, near infrared and blue light since each has their own unique purposes. It has a variable timer and auto shut off. The box includes complete instructions and scientific info on the benefits of light therapy.The best thing about this mask is that its rechargeable with usb-c and I can move around freely while wearing it. It emits a warm, relaxing light, that doesn’t get too hot, so most of the time I just sit still and enjoy it. I always follow up with a light moisturizer since the treatment can be a bit drying. It comes with a storage bag which is always appreciated.This device is not inexpensive, but it is a very high quality, super functional mask and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to try red light therapy for their face.

Noticeable results!
I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical on these masks before trying this one. I genuinely couldn’t imagine how red or blue light would do anything for my skin, but this mask has already proved me wrong. Before even getting started, the manual includes information on scientific studies done regarding the results of these masks. The guide also includes helpful information on what routine to set for yourself to get your intended results. I’ve been switching between the blue light and red NIV light therapy nightly and I very quickly noticed improved texture in my skin as well as a smoother complexion. My cheeks have a lot of dark spots from healed hormonal acne that weren’t quite disappearing through my skincare routine alone (including tretinoin), but after just a week of using the mask most of these dark spots had faded to be mostly unnoticeable. I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing what kind of results I can get in the recommended 4-6 weeks.On top of that, this mask makes things easy to work into my nighttime routine. After washing my face, I sit down with this for 10 minutes. The fact that it’s wireless makes it incredibly convenient since I can move around if needed and it’s comfortable. Plus the welder’s mask-like design looks a bit less like it came out of a horror movie than other brand’s mask designs. The only thing I’ll note is that you have to be careful which cable you use to charge it. For some reason, I haven’t been able to use just any usb-c cable I have already plugged in throughout the house so I can’t charge it with my existing phone/computer chargers. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with higher voltage, but it does charge with the included cable as well as one other I have hooked up to my computer.Overall though, I’m incredibly pleased with this and excited to keep using it.

I have 4 red light face masks and this one is absolutely hands down the best
This is the absolute best in face masks for me. I’ve been using these for about 2 years now and this one is by far the top quality of any others that I have.The silicone eye area is very comfortable, again much better compared to other similar products.I can actually watch tv, laying in bed while I am using this red light face mask. I do use it longer than most people probably do. I use it for about 40 minutes each night.The adjustable chin pad can be moved to fit your comfort level, I don’t notice much difference in my own comfort however it is adjusted so this is not that important to me but it is an option.I love how it lasts for about 2.5 hours before I need to recharge the mask. This is important to me because I do use it so often. I wouldn’t be happy if I was having to have to recharge it after every single time that I used it.The headband is wide so it is very comfortable. It can also be easily adjusted for head size.I’ve been using this consistently for a full month and I love it!I’d highly recommend this purchase for self or for a gift. The quality of this face mask is significantly higher than the other masks that I have used in the past or that I currently own.I am a very happy user.
