Without a doubt, the best sunscreen I’ve ever used. I have tried so many (Supergoop, Laroche Possay, Neutrogena, Hero, etc.) but none compare to this formula. There’s no visible white cast, though I’m fair skinned, so that’s not too hard to accomplish. The formula is comfortable and not greasy. I actually prefer to wear it instead of primer just because it makes me look more matte throughout the day. It doesn’t cause breakouts (Supergoop gave me so many breakouts). It goes on easily and sits under makeup very well. It doesn’t pill. I could go on and on. It’s worth the price.

The best sunscreen for those with rosacea who also wear makeup
I cannot say enough good things about this sunscreen! Yes, it is pricey but a little goes a long way and it gives great coverage and great protection. I’ve been using it daily for 2 1/2 months and I have spent a lot of time in the sun and have had no reactions or breakouts. It messes well with my foundation and any other makeup that I have applied. It does not clog, pores, or give me sebaceous filaments. It does not have a scent, but it does have a very silky texture that is easy to rub in and spread over your face and neck. I highly recommend this to anyone who has rosacea or extremely sensitive skin.

This sunscreen has been my best friend since the start of this year. I used to struggle with bad hormonal acne, and every sunscreen that claimed to be “oil-free” or made with “clean ingredients” just made me break out even more. Since acne-prone skin is extra sensitive to sunlight, I really wanted something lightweight, non-greasy, that doesn’t make me itchy, and can go under makeup without leaving a white cast. This one honestly checked all the boxes!I have both the UV Clear and tinted versions. I reach for the tinted one when I don’t feel like wearing foundation since it gives a little coverage. Both work so well for me!

An improvement from other options
This was recommended by my dermatologist since I’ve had issues with sunscreen burning my eyes. This is definitely an improvement, but not perfect. As long as I don’t put sunscreen on my eyelids (which is technically recommended and important), I usually don’t get eye burning or pain. So I still can’t fully use sunscreen as it’s supposed to be used, but at least it’s not causing pain on a daily basis, so better than many alternatives. Make sure you look in a mirror after you apply it, since there can be some stubborn spots that need to be rubbed in more, especially around the nose. I also have very sensitive skin and don’t notice any issues with the sunscreen. And even though it has zinc oxide there is not white cast! The price is what makes this most difficult though, since it’s hard to justify the value at that cost.

Best Sunscreen for oily and prone to Acne
I’ve been using this sunscreen for many years. I’ve tried many other brands, but none of them work as well for me as this one. Since my skin is oily and prone to acne, I always go for the untinted version. I used the tinted version over 10 years ago, but at that time it made my skin feel quite greasy. I’m not sure whether my skin, which is less oily now, would tolerate it better, or if the formula has been updated and is now less greasy.I’ve been obsessed with EltaMD for years!No paid promotion — just sharing my experience.

Glide-on, non-greasy facial sun block
What a wonderful product! Glides on your face and has great sun blocking ability. I plan on using this all winter too! It absorbs well and feels like you are wearing nothing. Not greasy, does not clog pores.
