Works Wonders!
This is a great stone! I had a gray pumice stone from The Body Shop for a long time (at least 2 years) that I loved & I have no idea if they last forever, but I thought it wasn’t working as well, so I went to order another and they changed it, so I was too nervous to order it bc it didn’t look like a natural stone. This stone is brown, and has some run off in the water, but it works awesome! So glad I went with this one instead of the other. Works wonders! I use it every morning in the shower, at the end when my feet are softened from being in the shower for a while. I’m a flip flop girl & I have toe confidence year round 🙂

I needed a “real” pumice stone to help my heels which were showing signs of walking around barefoot too much already this summer. The stone was brown, instead of white as pictured, but I could care less about that. It was smaller than I expected (my fault for not looking carefully) but I am finding I like this smaller size to fit into my hand when I use it. It did not fall apart into gravel when used and there was very little dust when I unwrapped.I have such rough, dry, cracked feet that I can use this for a few days in a row and my feet become almost girlish again. I will replace this stone with exactly this one again, way down the road when I need to. HIghly recommended.

Not worth it
This product barely works on my rough, cracked heels. Product is darker in color than pictured and leaves a dark residue where it sits in the shower.Luckily, I bought a Diane pumice stone (Diane Rectangular Pumice Stone with Tie) as well to compare. The Diane pumice stone actually works, is actually white, is bigger, has a tie to hang it up, and does not leave a residue even if you do not hang it up.I tossed Natural Sierra Pumice Stone as soon as I tried the other one.

Not what I expected.
I had purchased a white pumice stone in a local chain store before and liked the “rough” texture that would remove several layers of dead skin and smooth my heels without much force. This stone is not as coarse and will smooth my skin, but only works on the outer layer. I also purchased a razor to remove dead skin layers and that seems to work well.

Almost perfect for cleaning porcelain
I bought this primarily to remove hard water stains in the toilet. The pumice stones came nicely packaged and were what I expected.Pros: they worked well to remove hard water stains in the toilet without any hard scrubbing. They did not scratch the porcelain and within 10 minutes was able to remove that “ring” around the bowl where the water level usually is.Cons: they left faint, light gray “scratch” marks. This is not so much a con as I believe this is typical. I do not believe the porcelain is actually scratched; I think the stones themselves left light marks that will fade and disappear over time. This is to be expected when removing hard water stains on porcelain. You need to really look closely to see these marks. Other materials I’ve used leave these marks as well so I believe nothing is wrong with the stones.I’d give 5 stars if any material could remove the hard water stains without the faint scratches but I expect only something chemical could do that, not any material that would manually remove the stains.For my use and what I intend to use these for, I recommend this product without reservation.

A great product if maintained.
A great combination between strength of material, porous surface, and a smooth cut. Unfortunately if this product works as designed it removes skin cells that can smell unpleasant when decaying. I don’t know how using this product dry would effect this however I use it in the shower after sweating for the previous 2-3 hours. When I get off my bike I am dripping wet and my legs are covered in grime from the road. Using this like a wash rag with soap is the perfect solution for not only my legs but also my back an chest where dead skin accumulates after that much sweating. As for the smell, all I need to do is rinse it after every use and periodically soak it.Overall it is easy to use and maintain and works well.

Mediocre .. does NOT Exfoliate
My 10-yr. old pumice stone “Made in USA” is far superior to this POS “made in china”.It just doesn’t do the hard scraping that’s necessary to remove callouses and get heels soft. But it DOES get your feet clean .. if that’s all you want, then go for it. For example, if you wear sandals a lot in the summer, this would certainly come in handy.The pumice stone I received in the mail was BROWN, not white. In fact, the color ran when I first used it in the shower. (Why would a pumice stone be dyed brown?)My beauty tool of choice for feet and heels is still Ped Egg.(Also, I see they’ve lowered the price. I paid $4.21. The price is now $2.63.)

I was rather disapppointed. This tends to “tear” the skin and leave it jagged/rough. I was hopeful but disappointed. The best things I have found so far that leave feet smooth are the large emery-type “paddles”. Plus they’re easier to hold/use.
