Great pigmentation but left my hair pretty damaged feeling not super soft. My hair had been previously bleached tho so that might be why so I can’t say if that was the product alone. Color was spot on though

It didn’t really lighten my hair enough, and certainly not as light as the picture on the package. It was acceptable though, and I’m not sure if I’ll buy it again.

This is the first time I used clairol !& I must say, I loved the quality & gentleness of the product.I have very sensitive scalp & I didn’t feel any burning sensation after keeping it more than half hour on my scalp.Also after multiple washes, the color remains brownish! Instead of leaving an orange color, which doesn’t look nice & you have to keep using purple shampoo to maintain it!
