Only microdart patches that work for me
It’s unfortunate that these patches are so expensive because they work so well. I purchased other microdart patches and they do not work at all. The combination of the wipes and the patches are amazing. It’s easy to use, the patches stay on overnight and my zits are pretty much dead by the morning. I have very sensitive skin with rosacea and these patches do not irritate my skin.

These work, but differently than I imagined
Every month I get a hard, painful pimple on my jawline that doesn’t surface, right before my period. It usually takes 2-3 of these stickers over the course of 2 days for the pimple to surface. Then I can gently extract it and use regular pimple patches to absorb the gunk for another day. I’ve yet to have one just dissolve or reabsorb (which is how I imagined they work). These stickers won’t make your zit magically disappear, but they do speed up the healing process a little bit.

Honestly I hate how expensive these are but they seriously work. If you have really deep under the skin acne these work better than all other microdarts I have tried, like much better. So damn expensive though.

These DON’T work!!
These are honestly so expensive and just such a huge waste of money at almost $3 per microdart.These really only work on pimples that have already come to a head (e.g. basic whiteheads). Even then, you might need to use a couple microdarts to suck out all the gunk. That’s a huge cost when each microdart is $3.These do not work on deeper pimples that have not yet come to a head. Don’t waste your time and money using these on those types of pimples, as all you’ll end up with is wasted money and frustration.I will definitely not be repurchasing these. I didn’t even end up using my pack of 20 as they haven’t proved effective. Huge waste of money unfortunately.

Work ok. Not a miracle cure.
I have to say, when it comes to blind pimples…I am not a “leave it alone” person. I will poke and squeeze till it’s 10 times the size then curse myself for days. I bought these hoping they would work a miracle. They helped, but not overnight. I do have to say I saw a slight reduction in sweeping and redness. The biggest bonus was that it kept my hands off it. They blend in with your skin but not so much that you could wear them out of the house undetected. The alcohol wipe is a nice touch. It really makes the patch adhere well and helps to dry out the pimple. I’ll probably be purchasing these again.

Was very hopeful for these as they claim to be able to ‘kill’ an emerging zit.. unfortunately the claims are not true. I used 2 patches—the recommended amount for ‘harder to kill zits.’ 1 overnight, and 1 for 5ish hours while working from home. The new blind pimple that I could feel starting to form beneath my skin is still emerging. I’m going to try using a third patch (so basically 3/4 of the box) but I don’t have high hopes anymore. Might just be good for regular zits, not blind ones. Definitely better ones out there though for a fraction of the price if that’s the case.

Really good for cystic acne. Pop one of these on at the first signs and the next morning thr redness would have disappeared and it area doesn’t feel as tender. It might take a few nights of using them to make it disappear. But we’ll worth it!
