I love this facial steamer
I got this facial steamer, and it works so well! The warm mist feels soothing and helps open up my pores, making my skin feel soft and refreshed. Facial sauna
I was looking for a steamer because I was sick and when I got this the first time I used it with my essential oils, I immediately started feeling, the quality the value for the money this was an absolutely amazing deal. I love it so much. I even recommended my mom to get one. The amount of steam is perfect but powerful but not overwhelming. I love that you can adjust the nozzle upper down, and I also love the little cotton pieces for us to put the essential oils on. Makes my skin feel clean and fresh.

Great Nano steamer
Have a used a few other facial steamers in the past but this one provides such a fine mist and feels amazing on my face and neck. I’ll use biweekly to keep pores clean and free of any blockage. Great quality, easy to use, and sturdy. Love it!

Works well and seller is easy to work with
I like this portable desk face steamer by YourMate. It comes with foam inserts where you can add a few drops your favorite essential oil (though be cautious around your pets if you do so.) The reservoir fits a good amount of water for a facial steam session. You can enhance the benefits of this steamer by using a towel or sheet over your head to create a little sauna for your face.A few weeks after having it, the plastic detachable spout cracked. I contacted the seller for a replacement part. The seller got back to me right away and shipped a whole new steamer to me the same day. I appreciate the customer service.

Surprisingly good!
I was skeptical about lower priced steamers but the steamer has a good heating level. The steam pressure is much better than some of the higher priced ones I have purchased. It is smaller too so very convenient for storage. The quality is plastic compared to the nicer ones but it works well

Good quality facial steamer works nice and effectively. Loves the size, it’s portable and easy to store. Heat level can be set easily as required.

Reservoir plastic breaks and it’s extremely difficult to remove
The reservoir broke when I removed it the first time to refill it with more water, so I returned it and got another one. It happened again immediately. The reservoir is really hard to remove and just cracks when you remove it, so it will start leaking. This would be better if you could just fill the reservoir from the top.

Worked well as a steaming device to give my sick cat steam treatments in his carrier to help with his upper respiratory infection. We covered the carrier with towels to block the holes and made a tent-like roof to go around and on top of the entrance of the carrier to go over the steam machine, to help keep the steam inside. The adjustable tip was useful to make sure that the steam wasn’t directed at his face (instead aiming upwards to the top of the carrier). I also made sure to be there to monitor the whole time (lasted 20-25 minutes) in case the water level gets low and starts spitting out any hot water that could burn him. There wasn’t any spitting, so maybe we were lucky and other customers had defective ones, I don’t know. I appreciated the long cord and the machine has a nice weight to it that makes it harder to topple over. The only thing I think could be improved is to have a better machine shape, better gripping materials or additional handles on the sides to help pick up the machine. The plastic is very smooth and slippery so it’s hard to grab, and it’s even more of a challenge when the machine is still hot (but turned off and emptied).I recommend this steam machine if you need to make some kind of steam room environment for your pet in an enclosed space, but keep it aimed away from the pet, at a good distance and try to contain the steam.Picture is of our sick boy laying on top of his carrier on the kitchen island patiently waiting for his steam treatment.

It has been 1 year I am using it for my kid and myself whenever we got flu.It works well. It work for 20 mins then you need to refill the water. Most like part is nozzle is adjustable.

Out of the ten or so steamers I was considering this one looked the best, pricewise, aesthetically, reviews about performance were positive, and as it has the aromatherapy option. The first one I got appears to have been a dud unfortunately as the plastic of the body warped after a few uses, but the company was very supportive and sent me a new one which has been working great. I should also note that a small piece of the connection part of the nozzle on the first one broke off as well though I wasn’t rough with it, no issues with the new one however (admittedly I’ve been extra gentle with it though). I’ll chalk it up to coincidence and would still recommend it due to the companies excellent customer service and willingness to solve any potential issues. The aromatherapy option is nice however I find the essential oil gets diffused out of it pretty quickly and the insert gets saturated with water which makes adding more essential oil useless so that could be improved. My little trick is to fold a tissue with a few drops of essential oil on the end and place it on top of the nozzle, not covering it completely but just enough so the steam skims over it. Then you can keep adding essential oil as you please. The water in the reservoir lasts about ten or fifteen minutes and there doesn’t seem to be an auto shut off feature which I like, but you do have to remember to turn it off afterwards. Use it all the time, works great for keeping skin healthy and sinuses clear. Would definitely buy again.

Quick to heat up & the flow of steam is consistent without any spitting. The bottom of the unit does heat up (no hotter than an electric kettle) so I use a cork trivet underneath to protect my wooden table. The 15 minute auto shutoff is a useful feature for me as I tend to zone out when using. No issues with leaking or odd smells. Would definitely recommend.

It was great for the 1st day. Went to use it the second day of getting this item and the water holder was broken.
