I love the benefits of derma rolling for the skin so this larger derma roller caught my eye.The roller itself comes in a nice case and is built well, it’s sturdy and easy to hold and maneuver around.The cons: the needles are only 0.25mm and they don’t feel sharp. I barely felt anything so I’m honestly not even sure the needles actually worked. I tried it on different areas of my skin and didn’t really feel anything. Now, it is possible that I have a tolerance due to using dermaroller and having microneedling done, so this may be good for beginners or people with sensitive skin. It just did nothing for me sadly.

Great derma roller! I have smaller ones I use on my face but this one was splayed wide enough I could use it over my body – after the box it comes in sterile wrapping. The handle is thin and allows me to maneuver it easily. Love it!
