Great for sensitive skin!
I bought this toner after trying Round Lab’s lotion and face moisturizer. I have very sensitive skin and it’s not easy to find products that don’t irritate my skin or cause a rash. Since my skin did well with the lotion and moisturizer, I tried the toner. And YES! My skin approves! The toner is very clean feeling and does not give any tingling or stinging sensation. It is very gentle and cleans my skin well. I will definitely buy again.

My favorite toner!
I purchased this first through Costco on a whim. I was skeptical at first, since it really feels just like water. However, I noticed that it was calming if I had any random breakouts, but it was still gentle enough for my combination skin. I needed to restock, and was happy to find a large bottle for sale here! It’s hydrating and gentle. In the summer, I can even skip using a facial moisturizer. Highly recommend for sensitive skin types!

Nice gentle toner with no fragrances. I use this daily, morning and night, and just makes my skin feel comfortable with some light moisturizing. I put this into a fine mist spray bottle, and then pat into skin prior to lotion.

SO Hydrating for Acne Prone Super Dry Skin
TLDR: Better Ingredients, Better Results, RoundLab!The whole reason I got this toner was because of my dry, flaky, peeling skin that was the result of using retinol/tretinoin to treat my acne.I was looking for a hydrating toner that was safe for clogged prone/acne prone skin that was Korean based since every Korean product I’ve tried has been a million times better than anything I bought from here in my personal opinion.I have been so pleasantly surprised by this toner! At first it looks like it may be watery but it has a thicker texture than water. I started using liquid atomizer/misters that produce fine mist for my toners so that I don’t waste any product- especially really good ones like this! This is my first “empties” toner aka the first newer toner that I’ve used all of and loved.I use an ingredient/product checker for any potential products I want to try, and the ingredients are mild yet effective and I’m able to still use it with my tretinoin or other actives without any noticeable negative effects/interactions at all.It has protease ( an enzyme) which some studies suggest is a good alternative for AHAs (chemical exfoliant) that helps reduce redness and irritation. It also may have some anti-aging benefits.The second and third ingredients, respectively, are butylene glycol and glycerin, two important humectants that help your skin retain moisture.It also contains Betaine, Panthenol, and Allantoin that all help with dry skin, reducing irritation, and scar healing.

Have been using it a few months now and I can tell a little difference when I use it and when I don’t, it’s a toner so there’s no much I could say about it, I can tell it helps for my other products to absorb better, it’s pretty watery and no sticky at all, it hasn’t made me breakout or anything bad, so I recommend! ✨

After a second chance, my new favorite
I will admit, when I first tried this toner, I did not understand the hype at all.I am in my 30’s, I have oily dehydrated skin and I live in a dry climate. So when I was trying desperately to find a new favorite toner, I thought I would be on an endless search.I first tried this, I think back in 2023. I don’t remember exactly what I had in my routine then, but I do remember that I was struggling with a lot of skin concerns. Either way, my routine was not great so my skin wasn’t at its best either and I was using this toner incorrectly for my skin type.If you have dehydrated skin like me, I highly recommend skipping the cotton pad. Influencers really try to force that on you in almost every video you will see, but it’s not necessary. Applying this toner directly to your skin, using just your hands will have a better effect. Not only do you not waste any product, but you get the full benefits of the toner. It’s hydrating and it’s gently exfoliating.Something about deep sea water agrees with my skin, any skincare product that I’ve used that has that listed as an ingredient, always boosts my hydration. For me, anything with deep sea water is an immediate holy grail.So yeah, I had to give this toner a second chance, just because the first time I was using it, I was using a cotton pad and I had a mediocre routine. But now that I’ve got skincare that works for me, this toner is a favorite of mine.I will continue to repurchase!
