This is my second Kiphozi. I broke the cord on the last one so I replaced it after 7 years of use. This one appears to work as well or better than the original. I can’t say enough good things about this straightener!

I ordered this same flat iron hair straightener for my daughter in 2019. Its an amazing straightener that really minimizes frizz and the cord on her iron is fantastic — the 2019 iron she owns has a perfectly round cord that NEVER twists or wraps around itself. When the hair straightener I had for years stopped working, I instantly ordered a Kipozi just like hers for myself. I was beyond disappointed to see that Kipozi has stopped making this product with the amazing round cord and now uses a cheap flat cord that twists and wraps around itself just like ever other straightener out on the market. The iron works fabulously but I was really looking forward to having one that didn’t require me to stop and untwist the cord 1-3 times every time I use it. Very disappointed that Kipozi stopped using their superior cord just to save money during production.

My Favorite Straightener
I’ve had this straightener for years but I dropped it and the digital piece fell off so I just recently purchased my second one. It’s gone up in price since I purchased it years ago, but still excellent product quality!

I have had this for about 5 years
I bought this flatiron about 5 years ago. I love it! I have thick, coarse, long, wavy/curly hair and it is my go to flat iron over the chi flatiron I own. Where it is wider, it also seems to straighten more hair at one time. I have noticed in the last year, although it still works well, it’s not giving me as impressive of results as it used to, so I think it may be getting worn out. I was going to replace it with the same thing, but it was previously purchased for $36! What a price increase since 2019!It heats up well and quickly. I use 350 to straighten my bangs and 450 for the rest of my hair. The cord is long enough. The only mishap I have had with it is accidently hitting the buttons and changing the temp with my hands while in use. It is a wonderful flatiron! As much as I hate it has gone up in price, it is still worth the money.
