Best toothbrush I’ve had. I’ve been using this for over a year with no issues. The different brush heads offer great options and I can feel the difference. The travel case has held up being tossed in the suit case and keeps things clean. Holds charge well. The indicator for too hard brushing is inconveniently positioned on the handle for how I hold it, but is still usable if I look for it. I can feel the difference in vibrations now that it has me trained.

Lifetime Manual Brusher is Very Pleased
My dentist and hygienist finally talked me into getting a sonic toothbrush. I had avoided battery operated toothbrushes as my experience with the old side to side models in the 1970’s was dismal. After searching Consumer Reports and Amazon reviews I finally selected the Sonicare 5300 model.The product arrived in perfect condition, already charged and included 3 brushes. My first impression was its slim, well designed, light weight and well made. It has 3 settings as advertised and they are super easy to change.I followed the directions which came with it (I included flossing first). It was a bit strange as only a dab of toothpaste is needed, and the brush head does all the work. Just glide it over the teeth with mouth closed at a 45-degree angle for 30 seconds per quadrant (4 quadrants to the teeth or 2 minutes total). The beep tells you to move to another quadrant. So easy!My teeth felt VERY clean which honestly surprised me. I’ll continue using it twice a day until my next appointment in 6 months and see if it gets approval for keeping my teeth plaque free. I don’t care so much about its whitening effect as I enjoy my coffee and tea – I am concerned about plaque which is caused by bacteria’s actions with sugars and carbs left on the teeth. Also, as a senior, I want to have it stimulate my gums to avoid premature shrinkage.I opted to NOT get the pricier models that had smartphone app features as that’s just something else that can go wrong, harvest information, become obsolete, clutter the smartphone, etc. Keep it simple. The 5300 works well; will likely need to buy a new one in 5 or 10 years if the battery goes out. Otherwise, its a definite “keeper”.

I was super excited to see this on Black Friday deals – I had been eyeing this toothbrush for awhile after I got the cheaper version of the Phillips one and loved it. Happy to say so worth it! It comes with 3 replacement heads (which are $40 alone) the tooth brush, case, and a 2 year warranty. You can change the settings between 3 different settings and you truly can feel the difference between the 3. It tells you when the heads need replacing as well as the battery charge. Totally upped my tooth brushing game. Highly recommend this toothbrush!!

Yes, this Sonicare model meets my expectations for brushing ability, ease of use and value. My teeth really are clean after brushing. Great toothbrush-good features. Wish it had lasted more than 2 1/2 years.
I bought one of these in Sept 2022 to replace an older model I’d had for about 7 years. I have mild periodontal disease and my dentist said to use a toothbrush like this, no more manual brushing. it has done a good job. I don’t use the whitener feature, but I do use the gum care setting. It works very well. Sonicare offers a variety of brush types depending on your needs. I use the G2 for gum care, but there are lots of options.I took one star off because it is July 2025 and yesterday it started malfunctioning. the bar that the toothbrush clicks into got loose and moves excessively, so when I brush now, I can still do it but it sounds like a freight train. Unfortunately, the warranty is only 2 years so I’m past that.I still bought another one though, because it does a good job. I looked at other models and brands but still liked this one best for my needs.TIP: the serial number will be stamped on the very bottom of the toothbrush, and it will FADE with use, making it hard to see. Take a photo as soon as you get it, in case you need warranty service later. I ran into that with the unit I had before this one.

Easy to use, battery life is long, replacement heads available when needed
THis is just what I wanted for my husband. His old one was a brand I could not find replacement heads for. It works as described. The battery life is over a month using twice a day. The heads hold up to his daily use, which if you saw his old ones you would know that is a big deal.Has multiple speeds for cleaning, whitening, etc. It is easy to choose which you want. It was on sale when I bought it making it a good value for the money, but what makes it most valuable to me is I can easily get replacement heads when needed.The Dental Hygenitist said his teeth are much easier to clean since using an electric toothbroush than it was before.

Great Product
Excellent toothbrush; and great results. My dentist said that my “teeth and gums looked better than ever since I took their recommendation and started using an electric toothbrush.” And this particular brand of toothbrush is very very good.My wife can’t use the electric toothbrush because her gums and teeth are very sensitive. She uses toothpaste for sensitive teeth and gums, but although this type of toothpaste helps me, it doesn’t help her..I bought this model on sale at Amazon. Otherwise it’s extremely pricey.

Better than expected
This was a pleasant surprise, I got one for myself and my wife and we both like them a lot. We’d only ever had cheap $20-30 electric toothbrushs before, so when I caught these on sale for black Friday we were incredibly pleased. It cleans faster than the older cheaper Chinese brand ones we had, and our teeth feel like dentist visit level clean. I’ve not tried any other premium or mid-high end toothbrushes but I couldn’t imagine getting any more bang for your buck if you can catch these on sale for $60 like I did. The only thing I will caution is put the toothbrush in your mouth before turning it on. The motor is quite good and will throw your toothpaste off otherwise.

Excellent toothbrush from a reputable brand so didn’t expect any less. Comes with extra brush heads, carrying case, and the extra modes are useful for timing with the built in buzzer to let you know when to switch focus to other areas of your mouth. The replacement reminder is also useful though I have not gotten to make use of it yet, and the brush itself spins quick with a decent design that cleans thoroughly!

Este cepillo es una muy buena opción para cambiar tu cepillo tradicional, ya que disminuye la velocidad si estás cepillando muy fuerte, evita que lastimes y te sangren las encías, tiene un medidor de tiempo que te indica cuando cambiar de cuadrante y el cepillo hace todo, tú solo tienes que deslizarlo por la superficie de tus dientes, yo lo estoy usando para ortodoncia y el cepillado es muy fácil.
