Love it esp Easy cleaning
Love it The most difficult part of these home facials is not being able to clean the tanks and the parts. This one is easy. But it also doesn’t have protection from scalding water in tank so be careful.

So I got this for facial skin care but I got it in the mail right when I got sick/lost my voice and was soooo thankful I had this. I blasted my face with this and breathed in alllll that nice steam and I came out with PERFECT skin and my throat felt better lol Multi purpose, we love itOk ok but back to intended use. I’ve been steaming my face every few days and BOY does it feel nice and leave my skin better than ever. BUT GET THIS!! I actually got rid of a pimple I’ve had for 5 YEARS. Since I gave birth to my kidd!!! Yesssss. So I steamed my face, then added a pimple patch over it before bed and the next day, BAM it was gone!!This is worth every single penny.It’s also quality made, sturdy, and not cheap feeling at all. The instructions are translated from German and it’s not perfect english but it’s very straight forward. I also love the OZone blast, I use it for a few seconds at the very end. It heats up quick, takes about 5 minutes, and then it’s running, functioning perfectly as both a steamer and humidifier lolGenuinely love this and use it alllll the time. No flaws. No notes

Great Steam, Weird Delivery
Update 10/17/25:I was wrong about not being able to remove the part that holds the water. There was just a LOT of resistance when I turned it to the left (if the handle is facing you).Since the main reason for giving it 3 stars was because it couldn’t be cleaned (I didn’t dock them for getting a used product, as I don’t think that had anything to do with them) I’m now giving it 4-stars.After cleaning it thoroughly, I can’t deny that my face and skin love this steamer.____________________Original Review:I’m not entirely sure why I bought this, but it turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience, and my face did feel amazing afterward.Unfortunately, mine arrived used. The tape looked reapplied, and there was what looked like a piece of food stuck on the nozzle. Not exactly spa vibes.The instructions were almost unreadable, creased beyond recognition, and I still have no clue where to put the essential oils. The listing says something about an aromatherapy cotton pad, but I didn’t get one, nor does it say what kind to buy. I even bought lavender oil for a spa night that’s now on indefinite hold while I do my own research just to figure out how to use it.You’re also supposed to dump the water after each use, which is fine, but there’s no way for the inside to actually dry. That means it stays damp, which seems like a bacteria playground, especially since they say to use tap water so the ozone feature works.I think this might be better suited for professionals. As a newbie who just wanted some at-home pampering, I’m left confused by the setup, the missing aromatherapy pad, and the questionable return policy that let me get a used one.That said, it does deliver lovely, steady steam and makes my skin feel incredible. If you only care about that, it works beautifully. But between the poor packaging, confusing instructions, and mystery food residue, I can’t give it more than a middle-of-the-road rating.It’s a great little steamer in theory. Just wish it didn’t come with someone else’s leftovers.

Well-designed facial steamer …
This face steamer is the best one I have used to date! I am always having problems with the steamer not reaching my face or being very adjustable. This one allows much better placement and direction of the steam. I have not had any problems with irritations or burns from this, but I am also sure to be careful and follow directions for proper use. It holds a nice amount of water for a nicely timed facial session. It is a bit loud, but kind of soothing as it drowns out the world with a kind of wispy watery gurgling. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to fill. This would be a wonderful gift for the holidays or for some destressing self care as a gift to yourself!

Works awesome, follow the instructions
**Make sure you read the instructions, they are very helpful with first-time use!This was easy to assemble, make sure you pay attention and secure the cup the holds the water into it’s locked-on position well. I added tap water for the first “trial run”. I didn’t fill all the way to the line, and I got screamed at by the steamer. (Not the type of steam I was expecting to receive, lol). I learned that removing the water reservoir can be messy when it’s removed while still holding water, so just be careful when using! I added water to the line, then attached it back in and tried using it again. Success! So, it heats the water at first. Be careful touching the machine, it gets HOT! Don’t burn yourself reaching certains areas like where the water is stored (common sense, but still)! The steamer works awesome though, you really get a big mist going and it’s soothing for your skin. Next time I’ll probably try distilled water per my preference and see if that works! Great steamer though

Don’t buy, even if you do make sure you are recording while you unbox. I got one which was used. I could see dried marks and dust on the arm (pipe).
