Best Toothbrush I’ve Ever Used -So Clean
Very impressed by the cleaning I’m achieving with this toothbrush. I was using a basic Oral B electric toothbrush for last 2 years and before that a high end Sonic Care. I’m very impressed with the cleaning power of even a more basic Oral B over Sonic Care. I really think the round heads make major difference. The iO series of toothbrushes are really great & made my dental cleaning so easy. My friend suggested an iO3 that she’s used for over year but I bought the iO5 because such a great sale and interest free monthly payment plan.I didn’t have any bleeding with standard head and right amount of pressure but if you’re not used to an electric brush keep that in mind.I don’t always use the app but it has a lot of information in it and can tell you which tooth you’ve not cleaned enough. I did use it the first week I had it so I could see how to properly brush. Even without the app the lights on the brush show you if you’re pressing too hard or soft, time to brush 2 full minutes.The battery lasts a long time if you don’t want to leave stand plugged in.

Love love love my new toothbrush. I use the sensitive setting because I generally have sensitive teeth. The power is good. I love the guided brushing (vibrations every 30 seconds) It feels like I’ve been to the dentist every single day. I did see review where someone complained about the gap between the toothbrush and the base, in the directions it clearly states removed the head of the toothbrush and rinse thoroughly as well as rinsing the handle under water after each use to keep it clean and to prevent buildup. I’m hoping at my next dental visit, my doctor will notice a difference.

I’ve always been somebody who really takes pride in her hygiene and I had previously had another electric toothbrush that I thought was working fine enough and for some reason it wasn’t until I overheard some people talking about electric toothbrushes with the circular head that I decided I would try out This toothbrush. There are not enough words to describe how perfect this toothbrush is getting those hard to reach back spots. My wisdom teeth have come in and I didn’t even realize I wasn’t cleaning them enough until I got this toothbrush . I convinced my partner to buy one and she is now a die hard fan. It’s fairly quiet and I love the tracking function.ONLY DOWNSIDE: I found that since I brushed my teeth multiple times a day I’ve had to start flushing out the head of the toothbrush along with the base because toothpaste and gunk will get built up in the body and if I go too long brown buildup will come out. I think that’s a side effect of any mechanical toothbrush so I can’t really fault them for it but it’s definitely part of the maintenance. I’ll still give it a five star because I would choose this toothbrush over any other one but that is something to think about.

I purchased the series 5 for the reason it has a sensitive speed which my wife likes. I do not know how this compares to a sonicare type brush. This brush from my understanding rotates and pulsates like the older model except the head does not rotate as far. The motor technology is also different. It does seem a little quieter. It does not vibrate as harshly. The attachment device has a magnet to attach to the brush head. The brush head has a stem about 3-4mm wide base to attach to the magnet. It seems to vibrate more similar to a sonicare although it is supposed to be rotating. The heads are more costly than the older model. I have had it only a couple of weeks but the wife likes the gentler action.

Decided to splurge on a better toothbrush honestly love this one being able to connect to the app to track is great. I previous had the cheapest oral B option and this one makes my teeth feel so much cleaner and I feel it’s helped my teeth get whiter. Just not you do need to take the brush off so the pieces can dry correctly which is a pain design wise with oral b. Quieter than my previous brush

My roommate was raving about this toothbrush that he bought for himself a month ago. He knows I try to take good care of my teeth, and encouraged me to consider getting one, I’ve been using a manual toothbrush for my entire adult life. I had a ver basic electric toothbrush when I was a teenager, but it was not great, so I was skeptical, as I thought I did a pretty great job caring for my teeth with a manual one, but OH MY GOD was I wrong!I took a leap of faith and bought the io 5 with three different heads. I got it on sale.Well, very first time I used it, I felt like I had gone to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and polished. My teeth feel sooooo good. I am currently also using the app, which is sorta fun, it maps out and tracks where you have brushed and how long, and the pressure guide is very helpful! It also tracks flossing, tongue cleaning and mouth wash rinsing, and you get trophies for completing a full mouth cleaning routine. It’s really helped me to commit to consistent oral care.If you don’t have benefits to get dental cleanings, I genuinely and honestly strongly suggest that you get this toothbrush. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever need to go get a dental cleaning done now that I have this tooth brush. Also, if you don’t have dental benefits, it is very much in your best interest to get this toothbrush, as dental repair is very expensive and having this brush is likely going to greatly reduce your risk of serious tooth problems.Also, I learned that it has a dual oscillating plus micro vibrations, which is why it cleans so well.I will undoubtedly buy another one of these when the time comes, maybe even level up and get the top of the line.Have only had it for a few days, so I can’t speak for its longevity or durability yet, but if it craps out, I’ll update my review.Seriously, do yourself a favour and get this toothbrush.

I’ve always loved these toothbrushes as they seem to provide a much deeper clean for teeth when compared to a regular manual toothbrush. You can see and feel the difference. Noise level is the same as any other of these types of toothbrush, very minimal noise. Toothbrush vibrates at every 30 second interval, and then will vibrate multiple times at the 2 minute mark, so you always get a 2 minute cleaning if you follow those intervals. I cannot really speak on the battery life as it has never been used without a full charge or transported. My single only complaint about this, is that I absolutely hate the toothbrush head holder. It collects water, and is super flimsy. I will probably be looking to switch that out. Other than that, I highly recommend.
