Nutrafol really works. My hair was falling out and after taking Nutrafol for 1-2 months, I noticed my hair was feeling softer and thicker. I would highly recommend this product. A bit pricey but is worth it. I think the only downfall is they recommend 4 capsules daily…..but that is just a minor issue.

Perimenopause savior!
I originally purchased this for hair growth on impulse. It sat forgotten in my medicine cabinet for months. Then perimenopause hit and I felt like I was falling apart. A coworker suggested taking vitamin supplements. Rather than buy yet another bottle of snake oil I pulled this out just to see what would happen. Wow, night and day. I feel like myself again, energized, focused and happy. Also my hair is growing super fast now that I’m taking these regularly. I would recommend these to anyone before trying hormone replacement therapy or SSRIs. Amazing.

I have bought this product for 4 months and I’m undecided. Seems like no new hair growth but they do say between 4 and 6 months to let it pan out I guess but I will say that taking the product I am a lot calmer and not so high strung so not sure if it’s worth the $88 I spend on it but for right now I’m going to give it a chance

Pretty Impressive
I have baby thin long hair (mid back) and was beginning to show signs of thinning, a lot of shedding and you could actually see my scalp top front of my head and in a early bolding pattern. I bought this product 18 November 2023, today is 3 January 2024 so after two months use taking the daily supplements and using the shampoo + conditioner. All the products are expensive but I made a minimum of a 3 months commitment. So far the pills have not been a problem to swallow, and the shampoo and conditioner are luxurious so you really don’t need that much and I don’t even feel the need to wash it as frequently.I know new growth won’t begin to show for another few months but for now I can honestly say I am not shedding the hand full of hair, my hair feels and looks fuller as family members have complimented me on and my crown thinning front area is not noticeable. I must say I am taking + using all of this in conjunction with some medication (pills) my dermatologist prescribed. I was hesitant to spend the money but I can honestly say I am very satisfied.About the individual products:PILLS: You must take 4 per day. I would bypass buying the bottle and go for the bag because it will be less expensive.SHAMPOO: Super luxurious and you only need about a quarter size on your hand. I have long hair.CONDITIONER: I use about the same amount as the shampoo but note this will NOT detangle your hair. I use a different spray mist to detangle after I get out of the shower.SERUM; I love this stuff. I use a fine comb to part my hair in lines as I put the serum and massage it into my scalp. I do the entire top and front of my head a few times a week. The good thing about this serum is that it does not leave your hair gross, you can style it and it won’t look greasy. ONE THING OF CAUTION This product comes with a very fine glass applicator so you must be careful not to bank it or drop it or it will break and there are no replacement droppers.All in all I am very happy with the results this far and look forward to seeing much improvement over the next 6 months.

A Story of Side Effects
I wish that I had taken those who had side effects with this product seriously. But because those who experienced side effects seemed to have only 1 symptom at a time, I figured that if I could get past the possible 1 symptom then I would be good. Yeah, that did not happen. Here is my experience:First, based on other reviews, I started off slow. Instead of the 4 capsules, I started off with two. Exactly 24 hours after taking the first dose (2 of the 4 required dosage), I experienced the worst stomach cramps that hit me hard and fast on my drive home from work. Nothing like being stuck in rush hour traffic and feel you’re stomach is about to burst from the inside. Like others who warned of this, this was the prelude to a gas attack that I have never experienced in my life. It was uncontrollable and I finally understood my dog’s reactions when he startles himself with an unexpected escaped toot. This happened for days, just random escapes. I’ve never been more grateful for a stretch of working-from-home.I tried to spread out how often I took the dosage, hoping my system would get used to it. No such luck. My newfound, unwanted duck impersonation took on a life of its own, no matter how little or how often I took the low dosage.Now, let’s talk bloating. When I say bloating, I’m not talking water weight, I’m talking rock hard, protruding stomach that feels like an alien is about to break out of your colon. Or at least wants to but may be trapped in a gas bubble. It is painful and unrelenting, no matter if you also take a water pill and try to drown the alien by drinking nothing but water. It’s so uncomfortable it makes you forget that you now come with your own personal sound effects.Next, the break outs. It started off with 1 in the middle of my cheek and morphed into a takeover of the left side of my face. I’m not talking about tiny pimples that could be zapped with a dab of alcohol, I’m talking deep rooted, cystic boils as if the alien is taking its revenge from the inside out, in the form of painful acne. And they are not easy to combat. When one starts to heal, another pops up right beside it like a sadistic game of whack-a-mole…or whack-a-zit.Needless to say, I stopped taking this stuff. It’s expensive and I was hoping for some help with my hair thinning around my face but the side effects were not worth the “possibility” of hair help with no guarantee. I’m past the time for a return and refund and am out the money it cost me for this form of masochism. If you think you can survive the possible side effects, well, good for you.
