A good quality sleep aroma spray.
I love it I just wish it was as strong as the bath and body works sleep line so I will probably go and try to find that one next but besides that this is probably the second fast sleep aromatherapy calming down spray I have used look specially for how cheap it was. And obviously doesn’t moisturize you because it’s a pillow spray it doesn’t irritate your skin but it smells very nice and definitely calms you.
