Wow! I’m a person who works in the heat. I have occasional acne due to sweat from PPE use. I also have a small facial cyst caused from an ingrown hair. I have never tried these patches before. In fact, I have never even heard of them. A co-worker was using them. I decided to try them and to my surprise, my acne was gone by the next day. The swelling of the cyst was dramatically reduced. The cyst does have to be removed. Working in the heat they stayed on and are barely noticeable. Where has this product been all my life?! lol I love these. They were easy to remove and I had no skin reaction. ( I pulled the edges up just for the photo so you could see where they were easily. These are the night patches and are a little more noticeable than the day patches. However, the night patches are a little less expensive)

Amazing pimple patches
Would 100% recommend, these are the only pimple patches that work for me, and they actually seem to get everything. The night ones also work really fast it starts working like immediately, and the day time ones you can barely see I feel comfortable wearing them around, it also sticks very well so you can sleep with them on and not have to worry about it coming off onto your blanket. It’s really easy to peal off and apply to your face it’s not hard at all and it really makes the pimple look better and not be as dry

Small But Mighty!!!
Fabulous!! I’ve tried so many other brands and this really takes the cake. I have horrible hormonal acne that nothing topical ever helps with. Patches seemed to be my only other option aside from expensive dermatology appointments. Saw the reviews on these and decided as a final option I’d give these a go after all the other patches I’ve used in the past. BOOM!!! I pop these suckers on before bed on my clean face and I wake up with almost NO inflammation or zit!!! It’s disgusting but in the best way possible because it literally sucks the crap out of my face!! Helps SO much with scarring, too, because it’s non-abrasive. I could cry. Thanks, Mighty Patch!!!!!

Great for pimples
My teenagers love them and even though i am 62 they work well on pimples i still get. Not dring but very effective. Having been buying for many years. If you sweat heavily, they will slide off(not like they are stapled on) worth the price

Small but comfy
My only complaint is they’re too small. I need some that come in variety of sizes (some about twice as big would be great). Perfect size for a zit but too small for a cold sore.Overall perform well. Sticks for 8+ hours. Can’t feel once it’s applied. Keeps me from touching the sore. Shrinks down the blemish significantly in about 48 hours.

Purchased for 13 year old son. Has occasional breakouts and uses these for them. I love how this generation is open about wearing pimple patches in public! When I was in junior high, we would never! They really do work in reducing the size of the pimples and in a speedy overall clearing of the breakout. Wish we had these when I was going through puberty. I try to keep them on hand at all times. This particular set has 3 different sizes, which my son noticed and appreciated. Would purchase again.

Both my son and I suffer breakouts so I bought this as the reviews are good. I must say that after using it a few times I see no difference in the duration and development of spots. Unless you have a really well developed whitehead then the patches do nothing. If you do have a whitehead that is “ready to pop” then the patches take of the top layer of it and expose the sebum, otherwise I would say they make the spot last longer.

Hero patches are by far the best that I have tried. They’re not sold in the country I am living in, but the effect is worth the shipping. I truly feel as if my blemishes shrink overnight when I use these.
