Steamer is great and cups are nice and firm for good suction!
I’ve been using a cup for 7 years now and for the last 6 of those I’ve been using the firm June cup and love it. I needed a steamer to clean my cup and the cups were just a bonus I thought even if I didn’t like them. Turns out they are nice and firm just like my June cup so they work great, soft cups just don’t keep good suction and leak so I’m really happy

    No leaks!
I can never go back to pads. These are great.I’ve done a bit of research before on menstrual cups, but the last time I seriously looked into them it was when the cost was 30$ for one, and I wasn’t willing to commit to a size that might not work. Lately my cycle seems to have gotten a bit heavier and tired of ruined pants and mess in other ways I looked into these again. The little sterilizer eased some of my other concerns as the thought of boiling it in a pot I also use for cooking was unappealing.I can never go back to pads, and have always hated tampons. The cost efficiency and ease of cleaning and less environmentally impacting waste all seemed to make it worth giving these a shot. I’m glad I did. I’ve had these through two full cycles now, and honestly had also bought another set of “softer” ones that were supposed to be easier for beginners to use. The softer ones are too soft and don’t settle right when I wear them. These ones do and I haven’t had any problems with leaking. Any leaks I have noticed were more akin to light spotting, and usually one of the signs that is time to empty and clean the cup before putting it back in.Using the cups does require getting, hah, personal with insertion to make sure they’re in the right place and properly opened. There are several easy how to and tips pages available with a simple internet search that will be more eloquent than I can manage, so definitely look into those if you give these a try. There’s definitely an adjustment period on getting used to these and for the first cycle I wore these I could feel them. Towards the end of the cycle I realized they needed to be inserted a bit deeper, and it was just so comfortable after that. Also I’m no longer afraid of not being able to remove the cups, it’s super easy to grab and pull out thanks to the little knobs on the end. I don’t mind the slight suction feeling when removing them and a wiggle while pulling it out is usually enough to break the seal without causing a mess. I did read about gripping the bottom of the cup itself and pressing on that to break the seal first, that works too but just pulling it free works for me.Even being new to using the cups, most of the time it’s not hard to make sure it’s properly open inside, but I have had a few times where it wasn’t. What happened was that usually within half an hour of standing up and moving around the rim would “pop” open inside of me, which is startling and uncomfortable for about a minute, but not what I would consider painful. I do feel that after the “pop” the cup is more secure, so I don’t mind it. When I’m awake I tend to empty the cup roughly every five or six hours, before it gets full. I have no fear sleeping with a cup in, unlike when I was using pads, and a cup handles it just fine for about 8 hours. I try not to go much beyond 8 hours because especially on my heavy days that’s when it starts “leaking” (spotting). I have had to do a quick empy/rinse/reinsert at work a few times, but especially once I got used to it, it was fast and easy. I’ve had no problems using the bathroom with the cups. The sterilizer is super easy to use, just plug it in, make sure it’s got a bit of water in it, put the cup in position and the lid on and push the button. It gets hot and steamy, let it cool, and good to go. Takes about ten minutes? I haven’t timed it, but also haven’t felt like it takes too long. When I’m not on cycle it’s easy to tuck under the bathroom sink or into one of the bathroom drawers and doesn’t take up much space. Paired with a set of reusable pads against leaks I no longer fear for my pants and linens every month, and don’t feel that residual guilt for throwing away extra plastic into the landfill.

Best cup bundle purchase for the price! Great quality!
By far the best cup I’ve used. I struggle on certain days to get other cups to open up and this one has been better on those days. I love the sterilizer as well, makes cleaning so much easier and not having to worry about boiling water and having a special pot for it that no one else is allowed to use because, ew. I run it 2-3 times because cups usually suggest a 10 minute sterilizing. I normally only use the larger cup but on lighter days I could just use the smaller one. I love that it come with so much for such a good price. Highly recommend!

So happy to have finally switched to Menstraul Cups!
Let me give you a little background about my dilemma with my menstrual (I’m sure a lot of women can relate). I started at the age of 9 (29 now) & have always had heavy bleeding & cramping. So bad it would keep me off my feet, on bed rest for the first 2-3 days. 1 heavy tampon would be soiled within less than an hour, & the cramps were equivalent to labor pains (I’m a mother & gave birth naturally no meds). From the ages of 13-26 I was on birth control to help with my pain & heavy flow, but for ethical/personal/health-related reasons, I decided to stop all birth control. I’ve only ever used tampons my entire life & after a year of being off birth control (3 years as of today), I thought my body would have finished withdrawing from birth control, in hopes of a less painful & less heavy menstrual. I have gotten tested for endo/pcos/hpv/etc all results with several Dr.s were negative. So I started taking Omega-3 1,000 mcg (Please don’t take any advice from me about supplements. Please consult with your Dr. as this is only what has worked for me.) which helped with my terrible cramping & bleeding SIGNIFICANTLY & the last thing I needed to accomplish was switching over to a safer, more eco-friendly alternative, & that’s this menstraul cup.Based on my flow (and being new to the cups), I used the smaller cup & it’s comfortable, can’t feel a thing. I was able to go an entire day without freaking out about ruing my clothes. There’s holes at the top of the cup, that when full, you feel this sort of bubbly-air sensation below, letting you know it’s time to change it. Really nice design. I just fold mine & insert it, while standing, which seems to be the easiest. Once it’s inserted all the way, I do a little keagle push & it opens up inside & all is good to go. When I remove it, it helps to do another little keagle push, while pulling down on the tab. I just deposit the remains in the toilet, use a wet wipe to cleanse the remainder off the cup, then I wash it with a mild soap & finally sterilize the cup. Less messy than tampons/pads for sure & the least amount of mess all around! Sterilization takes about a minute. Just add 1 tsp of purified water (I used distilled), then I let it air dry before storing away in the satin bag provided. Great little tip, after you sterilize the cup, as long as it’s not too hot to touch, simply wipe off the condensation with a CLEAN microfiber towel, then insert immediately, while it’s still nice & warm. It’s soooo incredibly soothing, especially if you have moderate to severe cramping. I found that I do not need the larger cup, despite how heavy of a flow I have. 1 day of using it, I went 8 hours, before removing it. If I were to use a tampon, I’d go through a heavy tampon in less than an hour. It’s weird for me to keep the cup in all day without changing it, so I do remove it every few hours just to dump it, cleanse it, & sterilize it because I just feel better about it.All in all, I wish I would have switched years ago to a cup. No more chemicals in tampons (which probably could explain part of the pain I’ve experienced the past 2 decades), hundreds of $’s save annualy, less waste for the environment, safer alternative for repeated use & you get a steralizer too, so you’re not having to boil/microwave it every time it’s removed, tracking biohazards everywhere. It’s easy to use, & creates the least amount of mess over any other sanitary product ever.Just make sure when you insert the cup, you fold it, then after it’s in, you’ll need to do a keagle push (while holding the tab, so you don’t push it out) so it expands all the way & you’re good to go.1 Large Cup (which for my heavy flow, was unnecessary, but great to have)1 Regular Cup (gave me 8-12 hours of hold)1 Sterilizer (discreet & quick to use)1 Satin Pouch (Store cups, when not in use)1 Pamphlet (Directions with Pictures for how to use the cups & sterilizer)Every woman’s blessing. Stop paying monthly for products that can’t be reused & are potentially toxic to your body & wasteful to our environment. 10000000 stars!

    Recommend
It’s extremely comfortable to put on, you can go about your normal life, and if you have a heavy flow it’s not bothersome at all. I definitely recommend it.

    Buen producto
Es muy bueno, solo que no se indica bien como usar el esterilizador. Sinembargo tuve que buscar un video en youtube y pude entender como usarlo. Las copas buenas y de dos tamaños.

    THIS IS IT
LIFE SAVER!! Perimenopause is from the pits of hell and has taken me from light flows to river flows, but I must say how much I’ve saved after switching to this cup. It came with a small one and a larger one, but I’ve only used the small one, which gives you an idea of how much it holds. Going from running in and out of the bathroom every 1-2 hours to only needing to dump it 2-3 times daily, absolutely no leaks, I can sanitize it, and it’s more comfortable than tampons and pads that shift and bunch up…I AM A BELIEVER.

Je l’utilise pour stériliser mon inhalateur et je peux l’emporter partout avec moi.

I have always been a heavy bleeder, at night I needed 1 Super plus Tampon and a heavy duty extra long sanitary napkin, I would wake up in the morning and my tampon would be completely dripping and my sanitary napkin absolutely full. My first night I used the small cup and also used a sanitary napkin just in case, I am happy I did since the cup over flowed, which is my fault, I should’ve used the large cup for overnight but, I can’t get it to open and seal when inserted, I have tried multiple times. The small cup opens and seals immediately when inserted. Since I have a very heavy flow the small cup has to be changed every 8 hours, I can’t go 12 hours with it especially the first 3 days of my cycle. The small cup is perfect for day 4 onwards for 12 hours. I have now used these cups with 2 menstrual cycles and am happy I just need to find a large cup that will work with my body. Also, would like to add even though I sterilize my cup every other day, it seems to have absorbed the menstrual odour which doesn’t go away even after sterilizing, I now soak it in hot water with vagisil soap for a few minutes and then sanitize, this has helped tremendously. I also, never got any painful cramps while using the cup, I don’t know if the cup has helped with the cramping but, I always have to sleep with a heating pad the first two nights, didn’t have to this time. I wish I had given these cups a chance years ago, this is my first cup so I have no other cups for comparison. Ladies just get it and the sanitizer machine is perfect. It sanitizes within minutes and it is small so it can be put back into the cupboard once done using.

Unfortunately, the item I purchased was defective and didn’t even heat the water at all, so I returned it.

I love the feel of this cup (I only use the smaller one), this was my first time buying and trying a menstrual cup and I’m in love. It feels like nothing is there, I’m more comfortable than I’ve ever been on my period. I can literally make any movement or lay in any position comfortably. The putting in and taking out process is very personal and a little awkward but honestly totally worth it. If you don’t know anything about menstrual cups I strongly recommend you google how to put in and take out comfortably.Besides te cup the steamer has been working great so far. It takes about 2 minutes to steam the cup and for full antibacterial effect it says you should leave it for 20 minutes. Which I do. I clean it that way about once every 2 days and between those 2 days I just rinse it off with some ph balanced (for privates) soap. The steamer is small and easily put away in a bathroom cabinet, which I can do even tho I don’t have much space in the cabinet behind the mirror.Overall use of the cups I’d give a strong 9’5/10
