GABA works as well as melatonin, and is safer for extended use
This stuff works! I usually spray twice under my tongue and one into each cheek and then hold it in my mouth until I pass out or can’t stand to hold the spit in my mouth any longer lol. This review prompt asks about the smell, which is sort of an odd question with an oral spray, but I haven’t really noticed a smell.The recommended dose is like 8 sprays (I think), and if you just spray it in and swallow that might be what is required. I’ve found if you let the buccal absorption method have time to work (5-15 mins should be fine for most people, especially if you use Listerine or similar first) then you can stretch these out and use less. Which also seems to help with any morning grogginess, which I haven’t ever experienced with these. The taste is actually pretty pleasant and I’ve become accustomed to it being a part of my sleep ritual. (For better or worse) Since I can slide by with using a little less than recommended, the somewhat small seeming size of this hasn’t been an issue. I can almost always at least get a month and half, even with nightly use.I first found the Dr Spray Sleep kind first, and that worked really well for me, but I was also trying to eliminate any melatonin supplementation, so I got on here and searched for something that worked the same way, but without the melatonin. Having used GABA supplements in the past, I knew that it can also knock you out and didn’t seem to have as many possible long term side effects, so I gave these a shot. I honestly expected them to not be nearly as effective without the melatonin, but they do still contain several herbs like valerian root, which I feel also makes a difference.Using the method I described, I’m usually able to take between 4-6 sprays depending on how tired I am, and I’ll almost always be passed out before I feel forced to swallow. Holding it in there DEFINITELY makes a big difference though, and I feel anyone who left a negative review or said they didn’t work probably didn’t give them time to.Overall, if you have trouble sleeping, and want to try something that is safer to use longterm than melatonin, these would be a great option to give a shot. They work great for me, but everyone’s body is different. I will also say, the Dr Spray kind didn’t work at all for my girlfriend, but even she said these seemed to work for her, or at least she felt like they worked better. Give them a shot, might just be what you are looking for.

Not impressed…. SleepFuel is FAR better.
Been using SleepFuel for over a month. It works great, but is expensive at $45 for 30 days’ worth. So I tried this Gaba spray… does relax me a bit, but does NOT make me go to sleep. I gave 2 stars, because while not good for sleep; it may be good for anxiety or just feeling calmer.

Some tubes quit spraying with product remaining.
I have several Spectraspary products and I generally like them, but I have a couple that quit spraying with plenty of product remaining. This is a waste of money so not sure if I will buy more.

Does not help with insomnia
This item is less tart than other items provided within the Amazon product line, however does not do very much when it comes to addition to your sleep regimen. Recommend discussion with your primary care provider for possible prescription medications to assist in your sleep

Just used this oral spray for sleep for 2 days.I followed the instructions and seemed to work.Need to use this spray which isn’t bitter taste.
