Excellent pumice!!! Best I’ve ever used…
I paid a lil more for these guys than I previously had for the pumice that I’ve bought at old Wally world and other stores..but it’s sooo worth it!! They work soooo much better!!! It works just as well as that razor calus shaver offer thingy, but without having to use a blade (which usually ends up in me bleeding, cuz I always go too far)…I can’t believe it works so well, cuz the store bought (light grey) ones never did what these black ones do..I used to use those light grey ones after I did the shaver thingy just to smooth out the rough edges (cuz they weren’t any good to do more than light detail work), but this thing does it all, and takes less time, less pain, less blood…I was worried when I first opened the box and felt how light they are, I thought they might not work as well as those heavier/denser light grey ones, but I was wonderfully wrong…idk how it does it, it’s so light and pourus, but it really does it..the first time I tried this one it had been a while since I did any of my predicure regiment, so my feet were in pretty bad shape (I get bad callouses on the sides of my big toes), but instead of using my razor shaver thingy first I just went straight to the shower and used this thing (btw, it says to rinse it out before using, which prob has something to do with the fact that it has a buncha loose black crumbs/powder falling from it before u rinse it- so b mindful when u take the plastic off, there will b a mess falling from it), so I scrubbed for a few minutes, and sure enough it scrubbed all those callouses completely down, just as if I had used the razor then the pumice like before (but without the going too low and bleeding part)….I am still amazed that it works as well as it does!!!I’ve used it a few times now, and it still looks basically new and works as new, so while it hasn’t been long enough to attest to is longevity, I really don’t see it having any issues there..but I can tell u that as soon as it is done for, cuz it can’t last forever, I’m def getting more of these (it came with 2, I put one in each shower, so we can all use em)!!I will never go back to that crappy store version, and I won’t b using that blade of doom any longer, as this is apparently all I need!!! This is def worth the higher price tag (and it isn’t an outrageous price or anything, just higher), but for the quality it’s tot worth it!!! And I have no idea if it’s actual volcanic stone, but the fact that it works so amazingly well makes me think it must be…*Hopefully my review will help u in making a decision, ik that they usually r helpful for me, so hopefully I can help as well…

Lava Foot Exfoliator Works Great!
My feet were in need of serious exfoliating and the cheaper, grey pumice that I had purchased several years ago just wasn’t cutting it. I came across the Maryton Natural Pumice Stone for Feet – Lava Foot Exfoliator and decided to give it a try based on other reviews I read.When I received the pumice, I was a bit frightened to use it on my feet as it was much more rough than the current pumice I had. It reminded me of walking on lava rocks in Hawaii! At the end of my shower, after my feet had time to soak, I used it on my heels and realized there was no need to be scared of it, and was amazed at how well it worked. Being that the pumice is black, when exfoliating my heels, I was able to see the residual white color of the exfoliated skin on the pumice. The pumice rinsed well after use, and is easy to clean. My heels no longer are snagging on sheets and socks and are smoother than they have been in years. The Maryton Natural Pumice Stone for Feet – Lava Foot Exfoliator will be part of my shower routine to maintain smooth feet. It’s a great product and will purchase again when needing to replace this pumice!

Gets the job done!
This product is easy to use and appears as pictured. While in use it does break apart and pieces come off. It’s pretty rough but gets the job done. Ideal for use in the shower as I cannot imagine using on dry skin due to its roughness.

My boyfriend and I used it for the rough skin on our heels and feet. He wanted natural pumice but this is just as good. It works best in the shower when your skin is hydrated.Just be aware that its quite sharp and dosen’t interact well with loofah gloves. They get quite tangled.

This product does a very well job at removing the hard skin and callouses. It is great to keep it in the bathroom for frequent use and maintenance, just make sure to keep it clean and dry. For me the package last long time because this is part of my daily routine – combine with a daily moisturizer. Since I’m using it this way I haven’t spent more money spent on podiatrist and keep my feet skin soft all year around, especially in winter. This is a must-have for me.
