Works great! Just be careful if you adjust it while under it, it doesn’t tip over. I scaled my scalp. The water is so hot it bubbles your skin instantly. Besides the risky operator error, it’s a fantastic steamer! Love how easy it is to maintain and prevent mold.

Buy it buy it buy it. I got a facial and the lady had this, I immediately bought it. I use it to steam my hair before I pre-poo so my cuticles are open and I steam my face to clean. The steam is great and the water is not enclosed in anything so I can take the base off and wash it. I love it. Highly recommend.

2nd one is trash like the 1st that was returned
This is for the replacement of the first one I returned that wouldn’t stop beeping. I had only used the replacement once and today used it a second time only for it to do the job nonstop beeping thing. The water is not past the max line. Feels just like being at the spa, heats up fast has a ozone or no ozone option.holds enough water to do 2 15 min facial steams. Directly sprays face with warm relaxing steam and top of arm rotates a full360degrees making it possible to concentrate on the hard to reach spots. Best price I found online also.
