Healthy hair starts at the roots: this massager turns shampooing into a soothing deep cleanse with no nail scratching.

Silicone Scalp Massager
Leo found that scratching the scalp with nails when washing hair harms both the scalp and nails. Market research confirmed this as a common issue, so he designed a scalp massager with an ergonomic non-slip handle: Food-grade silicone bristles for gentle cleaning, the concave brush head fits the scalp contours, deeply cleans the scalp, soothes the massage, and protects the nails – turning washing hair into a daily SPA.

A Relaxing and Effective Hair Care Tool
The brush has quickly become an essential part of my hair care routine. This innovative tool has truly exceeded my expectations in providing a relaxing and effective scalp care experience. The soft silicone bristles of the brush feel gentle and soothing on my scalp, making it a pleasure to use during shower time. I’ve noticed that it helps to exfoliate my scalp, removing any buildup and promoting better circulation. This, in turn, has contributed to reducing dandruff and dryness, leaving my scalp feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.Using the scalp massager has also become a delightful way to stimulate hair growth. The gentle massaging action encourages blood flow to the hair follicles, promoting a healthier environment for hair growth. Over time, I’ve noticed a subtle improvement in the thickness and texture of my hair. One of the standout features of this brush is its versatility. It can be used on both wet and dry hair, giving me the flexibility to incorporate it into my hair care routine whenever I need it. I also love that it’s small and easy to hold, making it effortless to use during shampooing or scalp massages. In terms of construction, the brush feels sturdy and durable. The silicone bristles have held up well, and I haven’t experienced any shedding or fraying, even after repeated use.Overall, I highly recommend the brush for anyone looking to improve their scalp health and promote hair growth. It’s a simple yet effective tool that provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience while offering tangible benefits for scalp care and hair growth.

Amazing – even for curly textures!
This little thing is amazing!I’ve been so hesitant to buy a scalp massager out of fear it would damage my scalp and/or my hair. I couldn’t conceive how it could be both effective AND sufficiently gentle enough to use on my head and hair, especially since I have fine and very curly textured hair laid on top of a sensitive scalp. I wish I had purchased this yearrrrs ago!The FREATECH Hair Scalp Massager arrived today and I rushed to use it. I used it to massage my hair during shampooing, conditioning and deep conditioning. A total of about a 10 minute massage. And I only stopped because I didn’t want to stress my scalp. That’s how relaxing this tool feels on the head.I can’t explain fully how relaxing it was to use…I guess it has to be experienced. I felt No pain. No irritation. No hair loss..except for maybe 3 small strands..seriously 3. Also, it fit very comfortably in the palm of my hand.I will say, though, it will give your arm a little bit of a workout, which is OK in my opinion – I mean…come on. Also, I do recommend combing and/or using a wet brush to remove any tangling from the hair. This device is used in a circular motion, so if you don’t detangle your hair first, you’re probably going to be left with a frustrating mess. Also, if you have thick hair, I recommend parting your hair and massaging within the parts to ensure you reach your scalp. In all, I’m very happy I chose this device AND this brand. Although the FREATECH was more expensive than a lot of its competitors, a common complaint with other brands was the detachment of the bristle plate from the part you hold in the palm. I didn’t experience this with the FREATECH massager. From what I can tell, the FREATECH is well-made…and if I’m proven wrong, I have no problem updating this review in the future. But for now, it has served my curly locks and sensitive scalp well.

Buy this!
This little thing is a great addition to the relaxation add ons that a person uses when showering. The spikes are sturdy but not flexible and soft at the same time. My toddler enjoys using it when washing her hair and it’s easy to hold so she really gets a kick out of using it all by herself :). Before owning this little scalp massager, I would use my fingers to really massage and clean my scalp- I would even use my (short) nails too to scrub my scalp. My hair would feel fresh and clean for days (I can’t wash it daily or even every other day because of my hair texture -it would dry out) But I had noticed that day 2 after washing my hair that my scalp felt itchy sometimes. When I scratched my head I felt somewhat oily and I saw flakes under my nails (gross to me) so I’d wash my hands well, etc. ect. I just thought that I was over doing it in the shower with my intense but not too intense scalp cleansing process. But nope! After using this little baby, and I continued to practice the same massage / cleaning technique using my hands and fingers when washing my hair followed by using this scalp massager, I noticed a difference in the way my scalp felt. I noticed it immediately. My head is no longer itchy, I no longer have oily like flakes …at.all. And my hair seems happier and healthier. What?! I can’t believe it myself! Now keep in mind that I have only used it a hand full of times but the fact that I saw an immediate difference after just the first time using it amazes me. I am going to purchase a few more as gifts for loved ones. I highly recommend giving it a try!! It’s affordable and easy to use. And it feels GREAT!

Great massage!
The spikes/tongs on this massager are surprisingly gentle, yet the massager is very effective at providing the needed friction to massage the scalp. Great product!

Excellent scalp massager and for shampooing/rising
Excellent purchase! I use it for shampooing and rinsing and occasionally on dry hair for massaging my scalp. Depending on the pressure you apply the massage can be gentle or strong. Even if applying a great deal of pressure, the silicone tips never hurt my scalp. After using it, I now think I was never properly washing my hair before. I used to have an itchy scalp and that it pretty much gone now. My hair seems to be healthier.I have been using this everyday for the last months and the points of the silicone tips are not as pointy as before, but I have not noticed any decrease in the performance of the massager.Totally recommended.

Got this after seeing a similar one recommended on Instagram by a hair growth expert. I have thinning post-menopausal hair so I’m trying a few things to remedy the situation. This brush thing plus a shower water filter and new shampoos. I’ll update this review if it makes a difference to my hair with time. This is a very nice massage brush. The teeth are sturdy but bendy silicone, so it feels nice and only a bit scratchy on your head. Apparently you’re not supposed to use it to shampoo your hair, says the hair expert. Hair is too fragile and could break when wet. You’re meant to use it on dry hair to stimulate the scalp. So we will see. She recommends using it to massage gently in small circles all over your scalp. This is supposed to exfoliate away dead skin and debris and stimulate more blood flow to the hair follicles. Makes sense. It feels quite nice. Also great for removing pet hair from furniture and carpets and brushing out loose hair from dogs’ and cats’ coats, so if it doesn’t turn me into Rapunzel it won’t be a total waste of money!
