Game changer!
I. Love. These. I didn’t have to deal with periods for over a decade, so I am essentially brand new to this whole business at 30-something (cups, discs, and period underwear were not options back then!). I wanted an alternative to tampons and pads, and was considering cups but liked the idea of something that could stay in during sex. It took me two days (and a nail reshaping, because long stiletto nails are not your friend here) to really understand the mechanics, but after that I had no issues at all! No leaking during normal activities, and putting a fresh one in right before sex led to a truly revolutionary, no-mess situation.Yes, I did send several texts the next morning telling my friends to try them.They didn’t seem to help me with cramps, but they were certainly more comfortable than tampons. I literally could not feel them – no discomfort, no pressure, nothing. Amazing. I love that you can keep them in for up to 12 hours and that they create less waste than other disposable options. For me, definitely worth the higher pricetag.

Comfortable and easy
If tampons or the cup are not your thing, but you hate pads, these are the answer! I have used these for nearly five years now. They hold a lot of fluid, but you can empty it without removing it (because who wants to do THAT in a public bathroom?).I do sometimes experience very small leaks if it is very full, and some ‘overflow’ after emptying, so I would still not wear my white denim shorts during a heavy day, but there is no string to hide, and no uncomfortable dry wad to cringe about. You never have to boil them, and you can wear them up to 12 hours. There is a very short learning curve (it took me three periods to feel confident enough to stop wearing backup pads) but once you’re comfortable with insertion, they are completely unnoticeable.

Never what I would have expected!
For a few years since these came out, I’ve been very reluctant about them. I made the jump because I’m so tired of pads (I can’t use tampons because they’re so uncomfortable) and all these period underwear brands SWEAR by their products, where they only work for a cycle or 2 and then start wearing down where I’m resulted to go back to pads, again.I figured I’d try these disposable ones before I went and got the reusable ones and let me say THEY ARE ON POINT!!! It did take me a while to get used to putting them in, (they’re easy to make you believe they’re in all the way but in reality they aren’t in all the way) but once I got the hang of it THEY CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!I found strengthening my kegels helped them stay in place (especially when coughing or sneezing), but I ended up making the jump to the reusable cup because I was struggling a bit to keep them in place because like I said, it was a bit tough to get them in the correct position. The reusable cups are DEFINITELY much easier to work with getting into place. The disposable ones you gotta make sure you’re really relaxed to get into correct position, but the reusable just about goes right into place without as much effort.I give these a 4 because they REALLY ARE AMAZING once you get the hang of how far you actually gotta push in without getting caught on your cervix and the struggle of leakage is a bit annoying, but again they’re LIFE CHANGING once you get it!!!

wish i had this product growing up
still a relatively new product in the flow industry but vagina having individuals should really hop on this trend. Once you embrace the new experience and get comfortable with the process it really is easy and convenient, you may never go back to pads or tampons again. In my experience you dont need to frequently empty it out, its capable of staying in for up to 12 hours at a time if needed. You can use one flex per cycle and the price is very reasonable compared to the diva cup that you have to boil to sanitize. The best thing is youngsters dont have to experience the panic/trauma we had of worrying if a tampon get stuck or lost, not being able to reach it or find it and being told the story of the lady who lost her leg from TSS. The added benefit is you can also use this product when getting intimate, period or no period, it will keep blood in and rouge condoms from getting lost if thats something you’ve ever had to deal with.

Very happy with these! Exactly as advertised! Perfect for on the go or when you don’t have the ability to sterilize your reusable period cup. A little pricey for use 100% of the time, but I understand the price point

I don’t understand why these come as 1 size fits all. If you have a diaphragm fitted they come in all different sizes. Other brands sell different sized discs. These are 7cm across, which is listed as a large, post childbirth size by other brands.It was so painful, honestly. I don’t know why they’re promoting this idea that your vagina is essentially numb inside. I mean dildos wouldn’t be so popular if that was the case, would they??I feel like this is just more patriarchal b/s and this is just a rubbish product that is marketed to women for profit without taking women’s/female bodied People’s actual lived needs into account.Very disappointed
