A great primer! Just sticky enough when I apply but soaks in nicely and then I apply my foundation and it doesn’t budge until I wash it off! You can’t beat the price and a little goes a long way! No bad odors! Just an overall great primer!

Affordable and amazing!
Love it! Another e.l.f. product that is low priced and works better than luxury brands. I’m in my 40s and moisturizing is crucial, even during the day. I also have an unfortunate combination of very oily and dry skin. I’ve been finding products that work for that combination, but I’ve never found a skin primer that didn’t pill, separate, look caked, or just made me wipe it off after a couple of hours. I’m really happy with this primer, which acts just as stated – you get a glowing dew look under your makeup and it grips the makeup in place for the day. I’m often too busy to check my face at work, but when I do at the end of the day, I’ve been pleasantly surprised to see my face looks almost the same as earlier. This primer doesn’t make my skin more oily, and it makes the dry areas look more moisturized, so it has a great balance. This is limited addition, so I’m buying extra while I can.

Love the Pop Dee Primer!!
This stuff is great keeps my makeup on!! Tacky enough that it grabs my foundation and holds it in place. I have combination skin so I have dry parts and oily parts and works great on both. It smells great too. I’ve been buying extras because it’s a limited time item.

I have never used a primer before and what a difference it makes. My makeup really stays on all day now. It makes my skin look and feel much smoother as well. Great price as well. It’s a little sticky when it first goes on (which I think is the point) but it dries very quickly.

The BEST elf “grippy” primer
I got this when it first ever came out it was great. Didn’t get it when it first restocked but got it now on the 2nd restock and it’s just as great as when I first bought it. It has a smell it personally doesn’t bother me and smells good. It works better than the green and pink one elf usually sells imo. Idk how or why it’s just way better those feel too sticky sometimes this one’s just perfect get it while you can!

After using other primers by the same brand, this version is my favorite because it does not feel like glue, and really moisturizes the skin.I notice that other primers have a good grip, but they feel very sticky, and dry very quickly (I must say that in my experience they all achieve a beautiful fresh makeup look all day)The Jelly Pop Dew Primer made my skin look really smooth and youthful, while holding my makeup looking really nice in very hot and humid weather.
