Really nice eyeliner for a great price
I love this eyeliner! This has smudge resistance…and love the straight stiff brush that helps make a nice winged liner look. I got the matte black and it does its job and lasts all day

Great graphic liner
Ordered the lilac/light purple shade and I love it! It’s easy to use & creates sharp lines, looks cool AF, and a fun change to a traditional black cat eye. I tried it on without any makeup or lashes done, so you can imagine how dope it would look with a full face, or even a light layer base with just the liner and mascara. It takes 2 layers to get the full coverage and colour because it’s light-coloured, and takes a couple minutes to dry completely .. but it stays put! It’ll wash off easily with an oil-based remover.

Love the color, applicator kinda hurts when using
Super pretty color but the applicator is rigid and it makes it challenging to apply, tbh i didnt realize it had a rigid part in the middle of it and poked myself kinda hard when I did it the first time. Wish it was just a brush at the top.

Staying power & great price
Love this eyeliner and its staying power. I work outside & other eyeliners fail by the end of the day, but this one carries on perfectly. I got the navy blue because I wanted more subdued than black. And who can beat the price? I’ve found E.L.F. Products to be really good all the way around, and I’ve actually left others behind that I have used for years. Good stuff, great price.

True darker blue color, thicker line, hard to remove
I really like most e.l.f. products, but this one didn’t work so well for me. The liner is a true navy blue, but it’s thicker then advertised and more runny than I expected. Also it dries really fast. I couldn’t go back and adjust the line. It’s also hard to remove. I almost had to peel it off. If you like a wider solid line, go for it, but this is more bold than I needed. That being said, I didn’t have a lot of allergic reaction to it.

Just got this yesterday and haven’t used it yet, but tried it on my hand. It only comes off with soap and water, and it went on fine and smooth. I’m gonna love it!

It’s awful
This is terrible. Evidently they got rid of the line of eyeliner that looks exactly like this except it was a brush instead of a felt type tip. This version is so much harder to apply because the tip is not pliable. Also it bleeds all over your eyelid, I looked like a toddler applied my eyeliner. If I could give this zero stars I would.

I love this eyeliner. Easy to apply and stays wet for a little while making it easy to run a damp cotton bud along to tidy up the edge if necessary. It then dry and stays put all day. At the end of the day it’s easy to remove with a little make up remover on a cotton bud. There is a good range of colours too.

I LOVE the brush. You can do very fine lines with it. It’s thinner than the other waterproof elf eyeliner.In terms of being water proof, you can really trust elf. I have gone swimming with the marker one and nothing bad happened. This one smeared a bit at first days when in touch in water, but it stopped doing that after a few days. I don’t really understand what happened there. Also I couldn’t easily get it off at first and it was oily and weird, but now I can just use some hot water to remove it. (It seems contradictory but yes, it’s waterproof but can be removed with water. Rubbing it is what makes a difference. If you go shower and don’t touch it, it remains intact. But if you rub it it comes off.The only real problem I have with is it some of it seems to have dried off and causes lumps in the thing. (I haven’t had it for a long time. It’s happened during the times I’m using it and the lid can’t be on. The marker one is better on this front, (it did dry up sometimes but it would be fine when I sprayed some water on it. It does mix with water when it’s wet, but not after it dries up.) but it has a thicker brush so I don’t know. (I say a brush but it’s really a pointy sponge.)It does leave some shine as you can see in the photo, but nothing too bad.
