Great whitener.Trick from my dental hygiene person. Put them on teeth before brushing teeth. It eliminates the sensitivity. She knows I brush 3 times a day and she said do it with “dirty” teeth. And it did lessen the sensitivity.

THEY WORK!!!
I noticed a difference in my teeth after the first set of strips, but I was not very convinced, so I did a second set of strips the next day and there is no doubt these strips work!! I think two sets got my teeth at least 5 shades lighter. I am not sure if is safe to used them every day like I did, but I thought I was necessary because my teeth were very yellowish.I feel a little discomfort and sensitivity on my teeth but I not planning to use another set soon, so I think the sensitivity which by the way is not too bad will go away within a couple of days. I just hope the results last long enough so I don’t have to apply another set of strips in the next month or so. I do recommend this product.
