Great oil great price
I’ve had good experiences with this lavender so far. This is my second or third time ordering it. Smells like other reputable brands for true lavender (angistafolia) and didn’t detect any off smells like chemicals or additives like you get in some brands. It helped with all the things lavender helps with (relaxation, inflammation and skin irritation, hair health, etc) and I didn’t have any adverse effects. Great for the price compared to others for quality oils.

Different from the last time I purchased it
I am not sure why but this smelled more like leaves than lavender so I cannot use it when I make my skincare products. I purchased this item before and it smelled very nice and fresh. I guess it depends on what you like.

Smell isn’t ideal
To begin: I do want to be fair- I did buy another lavender oil from another reputable brand and they smelled the same, so it could be just me but I did not care for the scent. It smelled like fake old grandma perfume. I’m sure it’s organic and good quality but the smell isn’t good. Again, my opinion. So to each their own, you may love it and that’s great if you do. I’m using it as a natural bug repellent now instead of for my diffuser to make my house smell nice. So, at least it will be good for something and won’t go to waste.

I’m a newbie to using lavender oil. This is 100% organic, no additives, alcohol etc., and has not been tested on animals. It has a beautiful aroma when opening the bottle.Lavender has many uses, e.g. aromatherapy, helping with sleep etc. I read up about its use in massaging and thought I would try it for my knees that have been recently inflamed secondary to a rheumatoid condition. I mixed it with a carrier oil and applied to the knee with gentle, firm massage. It was amazing how effective it was for pain relief, meaning I did not need to turn to normal analgesics. I definitely noticed its relaxing effects when inhaled after massage. The aroma stays on for a while. Luckily I have had no skin reaction when using it for massage but take care in case your skin may be sensitive as it is undiluted.

I’m a big fan of organic lavender oil and this one is certified organic so you’re assured it is organic. Smells lovely and if you’re after a small bottle then I’d recommend.I probably wouldnt buy this again as I use a lot of it so would make more sense for me to buy a larger bottle which is better value for money.
