VERY ROUGH BUT WOULD WORK WELL ON SOMEONE ELSE
WELL TO BE HONEST, THIS WAS A LITTLE TOO ROUGH ON MY FEET BECAUSE I HAVE NEUROPATHY. VERY SENSITIVE AND THE RUBBING IS TOO MUCH. USE IT FOR MY BACK WHEN IT ITCHES. HA HA

Like the size.
Like the larger size. The handle is easy to hold and use in the shower. The larger pumice area makes reaching problem areas easier. Seems very sturdy and handy loop provides option to hang for drying.

Very effective in tub (must smooth out with finer file, afterward).
This makes QUICK work of removing calluses from my heels, when used in the shower with already wet feet. Don’t be too rough until you’re used to it, for it really does a job in a hurry. After my foot is dry, I use a finer (100-150 grit) regular black file to just finish the job by sanding it smooth. Otherwise, you’ll naturally have some rough leftovers from the serious job this does of breaking up the calluses. I like how it SAVES TIME in getting a lot of callous off in no time; then, I can use the cheaper files to just get the roughness off, so that the skin doesn’t get caught on my hose. Definitely recommend – and it still looks & works like new after using it for 9 months!

Worked wonderfully on my dry cracked heel skin
Worked well on my dry heel skin. I keep this in my shower and use once or twice a week. No more cracked/painful heels. Over time the wood discolors a bit but not in a nasty way. At first I wished the surface was rougher, but after using it for a while it is working and so it doesn’t need to rip off layers of dead skin all at once… that would probably hurt!

This thing is huge! I cook a lot and my hands are always in food and doing the dishes in bleach water, so I always have dry cracked skin on my thumb (weird). I use this to gently sand away the cracking dry skin, then I lotion very well, and it really smooths out the skin nicely and restores a nice look. If it works on my little thumb skin, I’m sure it will work on my heels after I give them a pedicure. The pumice stone–not sure what the material actually is–is very quality, and the stone itself does not fall apart or have grit falling off it when using it (some cheap pumice stones sort of fall apart, into tiny pieces of grit). This is a very solid, quality tool. 5 Stars.

Best scrubber I’ve ever bought
This is the best scrubber I’ve ever bought and owned. It’s definitely worth every penny.I’ve suffered for year with my feet and they get dry very fast. This product get all the dryness off and leaves my feet so soft.I will definitely be buying more and be a repeat customer
