Works Great, No More Stubble!
Got this at my wife’s request…. She is totally happy with it! She said it took a little time to get used to it, some small amount of discomfort when first using it. After a few times, she said it is just as comfortable as using a razor. And it leaves her skin smooth and soft for a long time. The main difference between this and using a razor, the hairs take a long time to grow back, and when they do, you can hardly see any. The unit literally pulls the hairs out, like plucking, but so fast, your body doesn’t have time to respond with any discomfort! The wide head covers a larger area and saves time. The included storage pouch is a nice convenience when packing it up for travel.She loves the convenience of being able to use it in the shower, and the light helps while using it. I had another brand several years ago and i finally had to get rid of it because it hurt so much! I got this Braun yesterday and couldn’t wait to try it out. I used it last night and it worked fast and didn’t hurt very much, i am so excited about this one that I recommend it to everyone, i even did my underarms. OUCH! But works well. Bought this to remove unwanted hair. The process itself is painful but this works well in the shower and is easy to clean. Charge lasts a good.amout of time.Getting used to it now and happy with the purchase. Good product!

Great epilator at good price
I bought this to replace a MUCH more expensive epilator by a different brand. I was skeptical but honestly this one is so much better. My last two wore out quickly (tweezers just didn’t seem to grip) and batteries died after 3 or so years. I only do my legs and they are so much softer and have no ingrown hairs like they did before. This one is a winner!

I replaced my old epilator with this one. Why did I wait so long? I love that it doesn’t damage my skin like the old one sometimes did and I LOVE the silky smoothness it leaves behind. Because I use it primarily for the peach fuzz on my face it’s important that it works well. Now I’m going to use it on my legs!

I received one of these for Christmas 23024. I did not use it right off. I charged it over night and when I turned it on, it only ran for about a minute, then it would not come on at all. I have charged it 3 more times overnight ant iit will come on and cut back off in less than a minute. My husband has a Braun razor, he told me I have to unplug it to get it to work, so I have been doing that. Can someone tell me what might be wrong with it, or can it be replaced?

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. This epilator, as other comments said, is very efficient, and easy to use. I was very surprised that indeed the head with massage rollers actually reduces the pain a lot (I was super skeptical on this).I’ve had this epilator for about 5 months now, and it’s performance hasn’t decreased a bit, so I guess that’s a good signal.I’ve had other epilators before, I tried a wireless one about 12 years ago. It was awful, as the battery used to get discharged at the half of one leg. It made the process of epilating very long. However, the battery of this epilator is very long lasting. I calculate it lasts like 3 epilation sessions covering my whole legs, armpits and abs. Whenever it discharges I leave it connected in the night and I have it ready for next day. I haven’t had the need to fast charge the epilator.This epilator set has 2 main heads, 1 epilator and 1 razor. The epilator head has 2 covers, one with massage rolls, and a more conventional one. The massage cover is more suitable for open and firm areas, easy to reach, like the legs, arms, or abs. The other cover is more suitable for enclose, soft and sensitive areas like armpits, or bikini area.For me, using the epilator for the bikini is way too painful, so I oftenly use the razor head. This head you can use it either with or without the transparent cover. The transparent cover helps to maintain a certain length for the trimmed hair. If you dont use it, then you can completely cut the hair close to skin.All the heads and covers are very easy to clean, you can disassemble them for cleaning with the included brush, and assemble them again fairly easily.The epilator has 2 speeds. The slowest one is suitsble for sensitive areas. The fastest is suitable for large and firm areas. For getting better results, is better to move the epilator slow in few passes that going fast over and over again in the same zone. The manual says that it must take about 15 seconds to go from ankle to knee in one pass.
