How are Baloo’s weighted blanket different from other weighted blankets?

Are your blankets machine washable?
Yes, all our blankets are machine washable and dryer safe. Throws and Blankets fit in home machines. Comforters need a commercial machine due to size—but washing is still easy and hassle-free.
Does it matter if I sleep on my side, back, or stomach?
Weighted blankets work for all sleep positions. Side sleepers may prefer a lighter weight (like the 12 lbs & 15 lbs over the 20 lbs blankets). Back and stomach sleepers can usually handle heavier options more comfortably.

Incredible Night Sleep
We love our Baloo weighted blanket! This blanket has been a game-changer for our sleep at night and for our kids as well. Sleeping at night my wife and I both feel more grounded and rested in the mornings. Our boys fall to sleep faster and sleep in longer. Our one son has struggled with some medical issues and this blanket has helped with his emotional stress and helped him to calm down when he gets stressed. This comforter is fantastic. I love that the pattern means that the beads are always evenly distributed — in fact, it really just feels like a heavy blanket. I got the 20lb, 90×90 and it’s the perfect size and weight for a full size bed with one or two people sleeping in it.

Lovely but heavy & hard to get used to
I wanted to love this after doing a lot of research on the right weighted blanket. It is high quality but we couldn’t get used to it. My recommendation is that its better to buy a weighted blanket in the size for 1 person because I think with the weight and size, they are more manageable for one person AND only one person needs to like sleeping under a weighted blanket,

Unique and worth it
Have been looking for a weighted comforter of this size that was not too heavy and this is it

Definitely overpriced. The material is good but the weight constantly shifts which means that the micro beads are not contained in every single pouch of the quilt. I can feel the weight on my side of the bed however on my partner’s side is light as a regular bed sheet. I think there are better and cheaper alternatives to this out there.
