A friend of mine suggested this for my insomnia
It’s the best thing in my medicine cabinet.I have taken melatonin for years. Gummies, pills, 5 mg, 10 mg. And nothing works like this spray! I take 4-7 sprays at bedtime (depending on how tired I am) l and am asleep within 5-10 minutes.And it’s a good, deep sleep. If I wake up for whatever reason in the middle of the night, I amazingly almost always go right back to sleep now. But if I don’t, couple more sprays and I’m asleep in a few minutes.There’s no wait time, like with swallowing ipills or eating the gummies. And I’ve yet to have a melatonin “hangover” in the AM.The taste is pretty good. It sort of reminds me of Cold Eeze lozenges with a slight mint.I’ve had difficulty sleeping for 20 + years. I sincerely hope this company stays in business.

Very effective and pleasant tasting!
This is a wonderful product! I keep it by my bed and just spray a few pumps in my mouth before going to sleep. No pills to swallow and a very pleasant minty flavor. No groggy feeling in the morning. Love it!!

I heard about SpectraSpray Vitamins through a friend of mine, she uses the Vitamin D Spray because her levels are to low. Ho hum, another sleep solution that didn’t work.
Didn’t help me sleep at all. Ran out in less than a month. Used about 7 sprays most nights. Won’t buy again but was worth a try when you’re looking for a natural sleep solution. Pleasant taste.
