Best non-sticky hydrating gloss, lasting stain, very little feathering on mature skin
Instant favorite, I want to put this on all the time!I usually dislike lipgloss, and bought this because I wanted a stain that didn’t feel as dry as some do. But the gloss is also fantastic — it doesn’t have that sticky feel, it doesn’t attract hair, and it feels so incredibly hydrating from the minute I put it on. It does very slightly feather into my vertical wrinkles around my mouth (they are fairly deep, since I’m nearly fifty and smoked most of my life), but nothing near as much as other glossy lipsticks and glosses, and I have to really examine myself up close to even notice. If I wipe off the gloss after ten minutes to just wear the stain, it doesn’t look like it went into those lines at all.The stain lasts me about 8 hours (depending on what I eat — greasy things will ofc remove it faster), but I honestly want to reapply the gloss at that point anyway. It also comes off evenly — I haven’t had the issue of color staying bright and solid all around my lips, but being gone in the middle.The smell (and taste) is similar to coconut oil — faint coconut, and very “natural” — not the cloying fake coconut smell you get in some cosmetics.With its being so hydrating (I feel it work better than most of my lip care products, including the famous LaNeige lip sleeping mask — and yeah, I tried putting it on before bed, and the glossy look and hydrating feeling were still there the next morning), and so versatile, I think this is about the best value for your money you can get.Small downside: the color swatches don’t feel super accurate — even those where they show all colors on different skin tones. I expected this to be a bit more muted and more pink, and instead this color ended up being bright red, like a true bright red lip, which is a bit less wearable. The stain is fine, but also veers red. I have pale olive skin, and my lips aren’t very naturally colored, so any stain definitely shows up bright, and that’s fine, but a red lip isn’t always the best choice for a daytime look, so I wish the name and the swatches would be a little more accurate. I will be buying more colors, though, cause I love it just that much.

Easy to apply, Moisturizing, and Lasts!
Such great colors and does actually leave a stain! You do have to reapply after eating, but that is pretty typical. It does stick to my water bottle – but I still have the stain on, lasting my entire work shift, if I don’t eat. It feels very glossy and smooth upon application. It feels extremely light weight, super moisturizing, and is very easy to apply! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful colour but the lip stain is not very dark (very very light). The lip stain also does not last all day, even if it is not wiped off and kept on as a gloss. Other shades in this brand do last a bit longer and stain better if that is what you want it for. This particular shade is a beautiful gloss colour regardless and it feels very smooth and hydrating on your lips!

ABSOLUTELY love this stuff!
Guys!!!!! I’ve finally found my all time favorite lip color/lip stain/lip gloss. It’s literally an all in one deal. It is the PRETTIEST color I’ve ever used and so perfect to that “bitten” “swollen” natural color for my lips. It feels amazing going on, leaves your lips hydrated and literally stays on for hours, even after eating and drinking. It doesn’t have any smell to it. The price is great for this, as I’ve bought items at a higher price that don’t last nearly as long. Only complaint is i wish the size was bigger so i had more of it lol. I want to get one in every shade. I got the drippin in rose. I also don’t wipe it off. I put it on and just leave it, this is about 30 mins after application, feels like chapstick and doesn’t dry your lips out at all.

The color was really pretty and it had great shine, however, it is marketed as a lip stain, and it is, but only after you wipe off the “gloss”. Just know that when you first put it on, it is not truly a “stain” and will rub off

Very versatile
Love this lip stain! It’s such a nice color and it’s also very versatile. The color is smooth, long lasting and layerable. I’ve used this product as a lip liner, a long-lasting tint under other lipglosses, and as an opaque lipgloss on its own. Also, the gloss isn’t sticky !! It’s perfectly smooth, it feels very nice and it doesn’t dry out my lips.

I was looking for a good dupe to the Wonderskin color Whimsical. This has exceeded my expectations. I will put on while getting ready in the morning, then blot right before I leave to make it not so glossy. The color is perfect and the stain lasts all day. With Wonderskin I might get the stain to last to lunchtime. I do not have the time to reapply something that you have to let sit and then peel off. The NYX gloss in Dripping Rose is absolutely perfect! This is my go to lip color from now on.

I love this product! I don’t care much for wearing lipstick and reapplying so this product suits me. Please see the photos. After I ate the colour was much lighter but it was still darker than my natural colour! Now, I want to buy other colours to wear! Photo 1 is the colour fresh on, Photo 2 is after 45 minutes and I’ve wiped the excess off and applied a chapstick, photo 3 is after eating with chapstick applied 🙂
