Very beautiful and classy
I really enjoy this product. It is definitely pricey and an every now and then purchase. But I love that it doesn’t disappoint. The non greasy application of the oil as well as the fragrance is top notch. I would like if there were a few more scents available because I would try them. It’s classy and luxuriously scented so very much worth the hype.

Mixed feelings about this.
It was not as light as I was hoping it would be so the absorbency was not as I’d hoped, AND the heat that you get from the curcumin is pretty substantial. You can’t use it all over your body. I do like the scent but I would caution you to wash your hands with soap before you touch your eyes or any other sensitive areas on your body…

The smell makes fly
I love this product! The smell is beyond of you can imagine. Strangely, I felt like it made me sexually alert, yea nothing made feel like this! The oil so soft, but also so thick and absorbing. Quality is the top! I just can’t get enough of this oil texture and smell! Love it! Definitely I’ll be using it and buying more in future!

Grapefruit – amazing soft scent
Nécessaire Grapefruit body oil – wonderful oil, I paired it with other Nécessaire body products. It has an amazing scent, soft but stays all day. I would love to have other items in the Grapefruit scent.

Fine but not for everyone
As other reviewers noted, there are some… sensations. If you’re sensitive to capsaicin, probably not for you. I really wish necessaire would make another body oil option just for moisturizing (minus the firming treatment). I don’t use this after shaving because that would be torture, and while I didn’t start using this in the peak of summer, I also don’t think using it in extremely hot weather would be particularly enjoyable. The grapefruit scent is nice – not strong enough that it clashes with anything else. I put it on while my skin is still damp in the shower and it absorbs moderately well; there are definitely other options out there that absorb better so if that’s a priority this one isn’t for you. The tingling/warming/burning (whatever we want to call it) makes it sort of feel like there’s something active happening with firming or treating tired skin but it could also be doing absolutely nothing and the tingling is just making me believe there’s something *extra* going on. The bottle does look really nice in my shower next to my necessaire body wash, so when this runs out I’ll probably refill the bottle with something less expensive and less irritating just to enjoy how it looks. ☺️

Love this oil; the shimmer is an added bonus!
I was already using this brand of retinol-based body lotion, but my skin still felt very thirsty so I decided to try this oil. I LOVE it! It not only makes my skin feel way more hydrated, but also gives it a nice shimmer. I’m kind of hoping the additional hydration along with pushing myself to drink more water might help improve the looks of upper arms!
