great menses cup
i’ve used flex disca before but this is my first time using a menstrual cup. great first experience, the cup is well made, didn’t hurt going in (just please be aware of sizing and what works for YOU!) or being in. be mindful of the emptying and cleaning process, bit of a learning curve lol but definitely feel more aware of my flow/body’s rhythm. well made, sustainable, and saves me a lot from spending on products recently researched to be sketchy/toxic like tampons, certain pads, etc. definitely would get it again and will continue to use.

Really like these cups!
Really like these, and they’re priced way better than a lot of the well known brands. I LOVE that this set came with a collapsible silicone carrying case, too! I literally have no complaints. They’re easy to insert, easy to remove, easy to clean, are a good size, the stems aren’t too long, I haven’t experienced any leaks, and the colors are nice and vibrant. I bought the set with a Large and a Small cup. I use the large during the first couple of heavy days, and use the small for the remaining light days. Both cups fit. I have a “slightly” tilted cervix, and I still find these to be comfortable. Would buy again, and would 110% recommend these over any of the overpriced comparisons! There is literally no reason to spend $40 on the well known cup brands.

This menstrual cup works super well! I can keep it in for 8–12 hours with hardly any leaks. I usually wear a liner just in case, but there’s never much at all. I also really appreciate that it comes in two sizes. The smaller one didn’t suction completely for me, but the larger size fit perfectly.The convenience of wearing it for up to 12 hours is amazing, I practically forget I’m even on my period. Plus, it’s non-toxic, eco-friendly, and reusable, which makes me feel good about using it! I also love that the purple carrying case condenses and expands, making it easy to store or take on the go. Overall, an awesome product that I highly recommend!

Good quality and price but I can’t use the bigger one, it hurts so bad, it’s too big. (I’m 40 and had a kid) so I don’t know why it doesn’t fit. Smaller one is good

Seems just as good as the saalt cup so far.
I loved my saalt cup for 4 years it was like I wasn’t even on my period anymore but then I accidentally dropped it in the toilet from my cupboard so I threw it away. Bought a new saalt cup but when I was looking I noticed some have like a case to go with them. Well I decided to get these only bc I wanted the case to go with my saalt cup. Well they arrived at the same time so I tried the large cup from this pack and it feels no different than the 30$ cup. I’m returning my saalt cup these work great. Just get these it’s affordable and just as good, you get both sizes and a case. The best part is it’s like you arnt even on your period you will forget you are on it bc these work so good no leaks nothing. And another great part is you never start your period and think oh know gotta run to the store and get more pads or tampons. I couldnt recommend these more I will never go back to pads or tampons.

Changed my menstrual experience
I cannot recommend a menstrual cup enough.It takes a few tries to figure it out, but once I figured out the technique that works best for me, I can get it in and fitted quickly, then go for 10-12 hours without even remembering it’s in!!!I love that I can sleep through the night without worrying about leakage/needing to change it.If you don’t get it I quite right, it’ll leak and your body will let you know.Make sure you clean out the little holes on the edges really well, or they get super funky. I use a cotton swabs to clean them out.I, as well as most resources, would suggest you learn how to use them in the shower at first, but after a few cycles, you’ll probably be comfortable enough to empty them into the toilet.And only having to buy this cup once every few years is a huge cost saver!!!
