Experiment With Bold Colors
Creamy formula is decently pigmented. It can smudge, but doesn’t easily migrate, you do have to rub it firmly to move it. Mine are labeled as eye and lip pencils, and the formula does work as either. I even experimented with using a shade all over the eyelid as a shadow, which worked OK, and I really liked the dramatic blue color. These are fun to play around with and well worth the price I paid for them. They are a great way to experiment with bold colors to see what you like.

Great colors and goes on smooth!
I don’t wear much makeup but these are so easy and smooth to put on – love love love!! The colors are very vibrant and give life to my eyes with color! Eyeliner definitely stays on until you take it off. I was surprised by how it stays on and doesn’t smudge. Definitely will buy again and recommend.

Pretty colors but not much product compared to the length of the pencil.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The price is very reasonable and it’s a smooth application process. I love the variety of colors. it doesn’t irritate my eyes. But for the length of the pencils, I thought I would have gotten more than just the existing tip on each pencil. Just like a previous review commented, you can’t sharpen them, or twist for a little more product after several applications with the current point. As per smudging, I sometimes had the eyeliner I applied on my eyelids smudge in the course of the day and I looked like I had applied eyeshadow, which I hadn’t. It didn’t look horrible, but I wasn’t expecting it to look that way. The only reason I would probably buy again is because of the price and colors. Quality is not the greatest, but that’s what the low price indicates.

Love these liners. Even though they do need sharpening.
beautiful creamy liners. Pigmented. The box says they are twist up and retractable and no need to sharpen. That is incorrect. The do not twist up. Other than that they are just as described. You will need to sharpen them. Once you remove from box they do not fit back in the box neatly.

These are amazing colors with lots of glittet. No eye irritation. Glides on easily. So So creamy feeling, no pulling and does not fade or smudge.

I was extremely curious to discover what $7.99 for 15 eyeliners would get me. This is less than I pay for a single eyeliner. My curiosity got the best of me.My eyelids are normal. They are NOT dry. They are NOT oily. I wear eyeliner every single day. I have never had a problem with smearing and longevity of any eyeliner until with these.I don’t need to use primer and never do but I did have a sample so I tried a few with that. It was a little bit better but not impressive.The colors are lovely. It might work for your needs with primer but I consider these more like the liners we played with when we were in seventh or eighth grade.
